Good update broheim. Had me a mighty fine chest day yesterday. From my delts to my mid chest is nothing but beautiful pain. Time to down some extra Select!

yeah! the feeling when you feel like "yes I need more select" hahahahhaha, the problem is I feel like that all the time :P

Barbell curls FST-7 7x 10-12reps 30 sec
Seated incline curls x 4 20 reps last set drop set
EZ preacher curls superset with hammer curls 10-12 reps x 4 sets
Seated alternate curls x 4 x 10 reps 1-2 second squeeze at the top, 4 second negative

I will try to beat my max with the EZ preacher today :) feeling good!

one thing I have noticed, even now, I took my ABE dose and I felt a bit of nausea until i had my pre wo meal, same thing applies at the post wo dose, there it is stronger feeling since I assume I had intra WO only and its lighter than my pre wo meal :) the pre wo is food the intra is powders .... any clue??
 
If any partitioner does its job well enough that is possible, maybe keep your ABE with meals

I had no doubts it was doing the job ha!

Btw I did it! I beat myself on the preacher, added 4kg each side! Boom!

Can't wait too man, gotta be honest it wasn't easy I was struggling and at some point I was thinking to give up and go back to last week weights but then... NO! gotta do this:)

Just a quick update!!! Today triceps :)
 
So soon HIIT now after the following

Triceps
Machine dips FST-7 7 x 8 - 12 reps 30 sec
Close grip French press 4 x 12 reps
Rope push downs 15-20 reps superset with straight bar push downs 15-20 reps x 4 sets
Over head cable extension 15 reps superset with close grip press up failure x 4 sets

I felt great!!! Energy on the roof and I'm getting noticeably leaner :) still full and boom! I have noticed as well 10-20 minutes after taking abe some thermogenic effect, feeling warm and sweating more :) maybe cista?

Shoulders day today!

Side lateral raises FST-7 7x 10-12reps 30 sec

Seated barbell press x 4 x 12 reps last set triple drop set
Side laterals super set steering wheels front raises x 4 15
Seated machine press superset with heavy side lateral partials 15-20 reps x 4 sets
Bent over raises 4 x 15 reps
Rope rows (keep elbows high rope towards the forehead) 3 x 15 superset Reverse pec deck x 4 15

I went up with the side laterals of 2kg each and I was able to do more sets boom!

The nausea has gone and I feel like it's already working guys, I have more rage and I get angry easily dunno if it's still the lack of sugar here or what ha!

Body wise I went down as you can see on the picture I posted yesterday :)

I'm gonna have lunch on the changing room today since I was late I brought it with me :)
 
Glad to hear the nausea is passing, but not sure the rage is a good sign lol. Hopefully that passes too or you can just focus it towards training ;)

Busy busy day!

Had my workout today and I'll rest tomorrow, usually I work on Sunday but tomorrow I'll have the day off and I'll go shopping to Windsor castle :)

Leaner and leaner and again leaner!!! I don't think it's abe yet so i guess e9+amento and diet+hard training are delivering results here :) didn't weight myself today but the mirror is pretty much clear

Felt a bit tired today after 4 h shopping in London, head was spinning a bit so I added 3 teaspoons of peanut butter to my 150g prawns for dinner and that did some magic :)

I just had my select cnc pre sleep and I'm shutting down myself on the bed now, it's almost 1am and I need 8h sleep, obviously dopadex will help :) I wonder what I would do when I'll finish the last bottle I have :( A. supplements guys help! PES please re-make it again!! 250mg 98% l-dopa are too good to be true!!!

Seated leg extensions FST-7 7 x 10-12 reps 30 sec rest
Squat (barbell or machine) x 4x15 super set with isometric hold against the wall for 30 seconds
Leg Press feet wide (up sets) x 1 sets 10 reps increase weight by 1 plate each set until complete failure
Leg press feet together 4 x 20 last set 3 part drop sets
Leg Extension 10 reps toes pointing in, 10 reps toes pointing out, 10 reps normal stance super set with walking chain lunges x 4 both too failure (high reps) 20-30s
Leg press split stance one foot high one foot low 20 reps each legs 4 sets


Calfs:

Leg press calf raises 25
Seated callf raise 25 reps

(circuit so one after another, 2-3 sets)

So I am surprised! I beat all my weights today! All!!! I added even 40kg on the press boom up to 220kg! Maybe it's not a lot for you but it is for me! Especially when you follow a program like mine where the sets are minimum 15 reps!!! And I'm hungry as ****!

so... this morning I was really not expecting such a great results... I am wondering if ABE is already working for me, since I started I am seeing myself much more leaner than before, I am so happy guys, I am hungry as **** to be honest, and that is for sure a sign that ABE is working lol, I am sweating more, noticed some enhanced thermo effect lol, training is goinf great and I have much more strength than before, this is my 10th day with ABE (new one) and I am keeping the rest as it was, macros, training and other supplements, still OBVIOUSLY taking e9 (i don't think this will even be misssing in my diet/supplementation now lol) and amento.

yesterday was a great surprise, being able to do 40kg more on lee press and also performance wise, I was able to do more reps on each exercise and I actually added one more exercise as well lol I did HIIT too! at the end and I never do HIIT and/or any cardio when I am training my legs, even if my legs were ****ed up I was able to do 20 minutes moderate cardio :)

today I'll have fun, its going to be chest day!

Cable cross overs FST-7 7 x 10-12 reps 30 sec
Incline Barbell Press x 4 x 10-12 reps last set triple drop set
Flat dumbbell bench super set flat flyes x 4 12-15 reps

also today I am switching glycoject 80g as intra with Intra MD, lets see :)

for now noticeable effects are:

increased hunger
increased sweat
increased lean mass (the mirror can't go wrong and I did not changed any macros, jsut to clarify, not even added any more cardio)
increased anger
increased strength/performance

well guys... maybe it is too soon to say that all of the above are coming from ABE but if this is true, and I will be able to confirm this in about 1/2 weeks, well... this is a great upgrade to the already very good old ABE, could it be possible all these benefits are coming from the added cista??? lets see what the future will show us.....

BOOM! keep it up the HARD WORK!
 
Ok training today was great boom I went up again with weights! 2kg each side with Dumbbells on flat bench, increases cables and repa I cant believe.... I'm putting myself in it but supplements are helping... only down side is the hunger:( I had my intra and now doing HIIT but I didn't feel it lol I need food :(
 
Man you are on fire.

If hunger becomes problematic I would add 100-200 cals and see if the leanness stays there, many of us seem able to consume more

You could add anything there really.

Fats could be higher for you, i like at least 50 but everyone is different.

That would be 11x9 = 99 extra cals in fat

Could add in 25g extra protein/carbs

Or just increase one macro to start and see how you feel. As it is hunger and not lethargy I suggest protein or fats

thanks for this man :) yesterday I was really lethargic but I guess it is because of the hard training..... especially 50min of HIIT lol I dont think this could be due to abe, i mean lethargy

Nothing wrong lol I hope that will keep coming! Anyway I just smashed tri today and I went up again! This is the adding weight week :) boom!

I had some nausea again today since I took abe three hours later after lunch and my stomach was empty but as soon as I started sipping my intra that disappeared :)

I'm feeling great and I actually can't wait to add the new erase pro+ to the game. I'm going to stop amento end of this week since I run it for 2 months.

Hunger is still growing, I added calories to my macros but I'm still starving at night for dinner... I'll see how it'll go then I'll probably add something else I guess some good coconut oil to balance the amount of saturated and polyunsaturated.

Strength is up, still going up, this week was like an escalation every day so I'm happy with it.

Leanness is more noticeable, especially upper abs and lower abs, shoulders and arms are way too lean hahahah

Endurance is good, especially doing HIIT it's easy now, I can do 50 mins 1 min 5km/h and 1 min 13km/h and I'm not struggling at all, I guess also cause my body got used to it.

Anger is going down but just a bit, after starting abe I started to be more inclined to "explode" for little things...

Libido is also going up, defo up!!!

Mass? Uhmmmm still see myself the same, I mean, I see improvements and a lot but I think it's because I'm leaning out so I look bigger.

It's too early to be able to provide a real feedback on abe, this is my second week and for it to start working properly I'll need to wait end of 3rd week I suppose, at least this is based on my experience with the old formulas.

For now I can SURE say that due to my diet and training and THANK to e9, I'm achieving what I wanted to achieve...

Ha! Thanks man, trial and errors on the way made me wiser :) thanks a lot to all of you supporting me with suggestions and advises :)

Now, yes let's see... From what I know abe should kicks in at end of 3rd week beginning of 4th... I have all the "sides" all good till now except the nausea if I take it empty stomach, I should be able to see in the mirror how this is treating me on 4th week I reckon :)
 
Running out of l-dopa, I've been looking for a supplement which have high % of purity like dopadex and contain only l-dopa but I haven't found anything like that, could you advise me?

I think I have found the last 2 bottles of dopadex available in the UK lol, they are expired as usual but I have been using them till now and they are still working even if expired on last May 2015 lol

yesterday was my rest day, well.... it wasn't actually I went to the gym early in the morning to do 50 mins HIIT fasted, I had some "additional" peanut butter and almond butter tho :) well deserved, added like 30g yesterday of fats, good ones, and I felt hungry anyway lol

today is 15 days I am using ABE elite new formula, pictures showing my results till now, obviously they are not coming from abe yet ... I guess I'll have to wait as I said for at least 1 more entire week.

today its Back day, lets see if I can beat my records again for the 6th time in a week :)

so today its the start of a new week, excited! this is my 3rd week into new ABE elite :)
 
BOOOM i repeat... BOOM!!! last week 200 kg leg press, today 220kg!!! And that was no the only one I went up with! More endurance and more strength!!! More hunger too lol and I look even leaner! And even if it was legs day I'm doing 20min steady cardio 15% incline 5km/h

Argh! Dunno what it is, if it's something related to abe, either way it's working, whatever I'm doing its working, diet on point and training improving faster than I thought :) I would need some sugar tho :( I'm feeling the neeeeeeeeed!
