So please advise, I'm not sure if I wanna go ahead with clear muscle and I thought to put in anabeta elite or something similar for lean mass now I'm starting 2nd month... What you guys suggest to stack with e9 and amento?
 
I had my 70g blueberries with pes blondie and pure fine oats, I must say I'm confused lol trying to decide who's the winner between cnc and blondie, if taken on their own, cnc but with blueberries is really hard! Can't wait to be able to taste the new vanilla flavour :)

I switch off between CNC and Snickerdoodle for my morning shake which is pretty much just blueberries, spinach, and almond milk plus Select. I've stopped trying to figure out which is my favorite and just rotate through them all!

Ahahhaha make sense I'm doing the same lol, can I ask you why almond milk?
 
I'm lactose intolerant so I avoid real milk. I've tried soy milk and cashew milk as well. They're all basically just water lol

I'm the same and I'm using water lol didn't want to add any calories or others macros to my diet but you mention almond milk is just water? Is it not full of sugar or others useless ingredients?
 
Unsweetened almond milk is 30 cals a cup, of healthy fats, and a big difference IMO.

ABE is always a strong option, that and some F95 is what I will be running here soon myself

Did you have other supps on hand to consider, or just looking to maybe purchase an addition?

Yeah, I get the unsweetened so the calorie addition isn't much at all. I just said it was basically water because anything less than 2% seems like water to me, even skim lol. I do wish I could digest milk, but even with enzymes, it is too big of a risk and I've gotten used to other options after a few decades.

It's same with me :) 1 small drop of milk = 4h toilet :(

With erase pro and forks, I have it already...

Considering e9 is a staple so the stack would be basically just erase + forsk OR ABE run alon3 with e9 and amento.

I wanted to do things easy and not mixing up too many supps this time, can we consider this is still the case if we add ABE or erase+forsk?

Also last time I used erase it was on August, end of August so basically 2 full months, is this period long enough to re-enjoy the effectiveness 100%?

Definitely long enough to enjoy Erase again. And I would not say either stack is too much here.

Because the title of this includes "lean bulk" Anabeta of course tops my list, but you already know that Epro will treat you well too.

Anabeta wouks be in my top list here since I'm trying to put on some lean size, only concern is I tried just once the new formula and dunno how will it be since last time I was using too many supps:)

Driven2lift what about just adding forskolin? I have been looking again for abe and there's no place where i can find it :( any other alternative? valid enough to be compared lol
 
I have never had to shop on a UK retailer before, but if you can get Sabinsa forskolin (F95) then absolutely grab and run that

Squat (barbell or machine) x 4x15 super set with isometric hold against the wall for 30 seconds
Leg Press feet wide (up sets) x 1 sets 10 reps increase weight by 1 plate each set until complete failure
Leg press feet together 4 x 20 last set 3 part drop sets
Leg Extension 10 reps toes pointing in, 10 reps toes pointing out, 10 reps normal stance super set with walking chain lunges x 4 both too failure (high reps) 20-30s
Leg press split stance one foot high one foot low 20 reps each legs 4 sets


Calfs:

Leg press calf raises 25
Seated callf raise 25 reps

(circuit so one after another, 2-3 sets)


big LEGS day today guys! I will also do my abs and some cardio.

I will go for some steady cardio today instead of HIIT.

diet on point and steady weight, fullness and happy to improve, slowly but solid improvements are showing :)

It's always a pain to find that right balance and fight the hunger. I remember your one log when you were fighting this and ,if I remember correctly, raising your carbs helped out.

yep, but now I am already at 243g carbs 187-189g proteins and 49g fats.... I wouldn't want to go higher than 250g with carbs and I am there already :(

yesterday was a good sesh, I started to do 40min HIIT and i must say its really hard guys but hey..... it gotta be done right?

In meanwhile today I had a G R E A T session! I felt great and overcharged!!! I killed all exercises and I felt a great pump, legs and chest are growing!!!

I have given up on laxo personally, but the ecdy seems to be re-emerging and possibly worth giving a try again

-(-)epi is pretty well liked and I always say worth a shot, in the event that you get results from it.

Never used it before?
 
I agree with Driven, although please note that I have only tried ECDY and that was years ago.

I jumped on the ECDY train years ago and it didn't do much more than make my wallet lighter. However, I have seen newer products that seem to be getting praise.

(-)epi is the one that I am most interested in myself to try, but just haven't gotten around to it yet. It gets a lot of love in the forums and I think is at least worth trying out.

Should be roughly equivilent, maybe save that money.

I agree with you on ABE.... the old formula mate, the new one is............. uhm...
 
Myosynergy dsade included several proven ingredients on top of -(-) epi so no matter what you will get some effect lol I like the product

Abe? Well the old anabeta elite got a really great compound in it, apart from forsk, it got the androsta->something which is a metabolite of DHEA if I'm not mistaken or metabolite of something else? Anyway that was a real compound, the new one for just some herbs..... I tried once, I didn't really notice anything to be honest... I wasn't running it solo so maybe... But still prefer the old one.

Thing is I can't find old or new neither :(
 
Woke up sleeping 1h more last night so I feel even better than usual, ready to go to the gym and smash triceps!

Had my usually breakfast with oats+proteins+coconut oil+blueberries and BOOM!

I'm seeing myself leaner every day but at the same time I'm noticing a great improvement on my legs chest and arms, back too but less than front body.

Happy so far, I'm trying to decide what to add to the log in terms of natural anabolic :)
