still no order mate, I am waiting to do it because I will be in Orlando end of August so there is still 2 month, I will order them for sure like 1 week before going there :) even cause they will have to be delivered at the hotel :)

Would highly suggest Old Fashioned Donut, Cake batter, Double Fudge Brownie (3 of my favorites)

I am a bigger fan of the PB lean because you can bake and mix with protein pudding or shakes (which I don't do) and low fat powdered PB

But I know you love oats since your in the U.S. May as well stock up they won't go bad

Yes I'll stock up and I'll stick up pb lean too;) i love peanut butter and I've used often PB2 as you said in shakes or most of the time mixed with oats and select and that is like a cheat meal hahahah once I had a big massive bowl of:

150g pure fine oats
4x scoop snickerdoodle pes
100g PB2

Ha! Boom! 10 minutes all gone! So yes I'll definitely stock up also the pb lean ;)

I just had 3 tspoons of peanut butter with 30g select and 170g Greek yogurt 0% fat boom! And in about 30 min I'm going to sleep :)

I was tired yesterday man no energy and there were 38 degrees here in the UK and I was not prepared so I felt bad all day and weak, yesterday training was weak and I went down with weights :(

So before going to sleep I was feeling still down and I decided to "cheat" on my diet to provide my body with more nutrients to feel better and to sleep better and have a better recovery.

This morning I woke up refreshed and I slept like 8 and a half hours! Boom! Yes so it was a protein coma lol and I just finished my wo sesh, on the treadmill right now.

I did guns!

Triceps
French press with dumbbells 7x11-9-7-5-5-7-9
lat inverse cable to the floor 3x9
dumbbells 90 rotate 3x9

Biceps
Curling Stand 7x11-9-7-5-5-7-9
hammer curl on incline bench 3x9
cables double bic 3x9

30 cardio

I felt like a lion, 20-30 secs rest between sets and I just had 2 scoops glycoject + 1 scoop select for breakfast, shift upon wake up and then I waited 1 and a half hour before eating, then 1h and boom HV!

I had my blood checked this morning too before taking shift lol so hopefully Monday I'll have the results.

So far so good

if you were to have a cheat meal. why not get something that would really benefit you
IE ---> Carbs Fat
Your depleted, tired, and weak so what do you need? Carbs and fat which are restricted in a cutting phase.
I would not really say oatmeal is a cheat meal or protein powder. Since you eat it everyday.

Why not go get a huge bowl of pasta?
Burger/Fry? etc...

Something untracked and something to do the job.

As you can see from about 2-3 pages ago when i stated taking a cheat meal weekly will help you combat the lethargy, aid T3, Leptin, Hormone levels and also help you prevent losing strength and increase weightloss/fatloss

if you are very tired, weak, and starting to lose strength going another 6+ weeks or whatever you want to do may not be ideal. Why sacrafice all the size/strength for X or Y Amount of weeks

my 2 cents.
You should be focusing on your health since we know that is what is in trouble right now
But thats my personal opinion. Cutting is great and all but your health is priority and you get it once in your life.

mate this is what I am doing, I am having a cheat meal once a week, and since I started cheating once a week I feel much better, if you noticed my WO updates, I am feeling always stronger and going up with weights, yesterday, cause of the heat that was really too much for someone living in the UK, I felt a bit weak and I had that pre sleep meal which I called cheat just for fun since I know that meal was not a cheat, I listened to my body and i ate more, peanut butter was a great nutrient food, you know that better than me, and I had some carbs too with the greek yogurt and more proteins, I couldn't eat more before sleeping honestly.

now I will wait for my blood test as I said and then go ahead from there, I was actually thinking to include a second cheat meal on Wednesday every week so I will have one on Sunday and one in the middle of the week.

and yes, my cheat meals usually are "something OUT' of tracking and dieting, I had a big cheesecake last Sunday after my dinner, it was at least half a kg lol :D it was big fun!

I just fail to see how oatmeal & Protein powder is considered a great cheat meal.

^^ Especially when you reduce the portion every morning and eat it.

More cheesecake = more gains :)

nono lool it was not! I said "I cheat on my diet" cause that was cheating on diet but of course not a cheat meal lol, in fact when Aleksandar37 said "those cheat meals do help" I said it was not :) ha! maybe sometime my english is wrong, sorry about that :)

Yeah, I tried sticking with two scoops on leg day and regretted it. One is perfect for me for legs and then two scoops for the other days.

Same here but on legs day I can't, it's too much :) which is good means it's working ha!

I had my lunch and I'm going to do my weekly food shopping :) need to grab some almonds to add to my snacks and/or dinner, I want to go higher on fats :)
 
So I'm in the gym doing my fasted cardio, I am fasting since yesterday night midnight and its 1.02pm here now and I have no signs of hunger loool Amazon shift!

Fasted cardio is so difficult for me personally. Tends to end up looking a lot like sleeping cardio. Lol
My body needs some carb fuel or it tells me no thanks!

I feel you bro, this morning was so hard, going home now, the thing is I start thinking it's doing to me more damage than good so I'll stop doing it on Sunday unless I had proper 7h sleep, can still do it on Saturday since I normally sleep at least 8h on Friday night :)

I had the second half for dinner ha! It was ordered in a patisserie ;) here in the UK they do just cheesecakes and you can choose the flavours, I had New York vanilla plus strawberry and pistachio:) with cookie scrambled on top!

I want to do some hypertrophy, I will start this new schedule and try to push all I can and going down with rest time.

I feel great and a "bit" hungry, I must say that I am starting miss SHIFT.

I still need to talk with my endocrinologist, sent results to her, waiting for her to call me and then I will decide how to continue ;)
 
Your test results are mixed, but look better in regards to test :) I'm concerned about the cortisol level which seems to have gone up and is even more out of range, although I've seen bigger ranges than the one given. I'd be curious to hear what your endocrinologist makes of that.

mixed? you mean I have used a different "list order"? or what?

yes I am curious too, well its much better than before :) 60% increase on Testosterone and estrogens are shut down. LH has increased also and SHBG is decreasing too so all good to me. Agree with Cortisol, I don't understand that at all honestly.... I was rested and fresh when I took the samples... I will wait for her to come back to me.

Test looks good and I very nice increase indeed. Cortisol is the only thing that looks like it could be an issue. Also curious to hear feedback from the Endo. Keep us posted brosef.

Thanks man, even if looking online a 35 years old male should have at least 20 if I'm not wrong hit that is based on paper, as we know many things could affect the T levels, also the E is basically shutted down lol, LH up! SHBG a bit lower ;)

Cortisol... Well could it be I train 7 days a week? I sleep 6h 3 days a week and the rest even 8-9h Sunni maybe that one thing the fact I'm never rest?

Stress is a big factor in cortisol and over training and not getting enough rest could both contribute to it.

good morning everyone!

2nd day without SHIFT and I can tell you guys.... I am hungry, especially in the morning and night :( I will add some alphamine from next week and see what happen :) also waiting for my meeting today with my endo to talk about the bloodwork and see where do i need to "go" from here :)
