x-tren or epi?

epi if its your first cycle. tren can be kinda rough on people. make sure you have a good pct lined up regardless of which you choose
 
well libido issues won't be a problem. it's a temporary sacrifice I have to accept for the gains. but I was also leaning towards epi.

cycle I plan would be like this:
week1: 10mg
week2: 20mg
week3: 20mg (or 30mg - please advise on this)
week4: 30mg

will use Anabolic Innovations - cycle support with the cycle
-creatine? (please advise on this)
-multi, protein, bcaa, sh*tload of lean meat and carbs (oats + corn flakes) + olive oil as the only source of fat.
(I don't mind putting on fat - I will do a bulk then start cutting after pct - also please advise on this one if it's a good idea to start cutting after pct and get the hormone levels low???)

pct:

I haven't decided about the dosages yet but it will include clomid for the first week then nolva for the rest (3weeks) and Anabolic Innovations pct assist for the whole pct. (I'm still going trough the pct plans I found and trying to decide) I can also add DS - Activate xtreme (starting on last week) and DS- Lean xtreme (please advise on this) into pct...

my plan sounds right?
 
oh forgot to ask,

IBE - Epistane is a good one? this is the only one I could find atm. all the others are out of stock..

IBE Epistane and RPN Havoc were the originals around, the rest are all clones, to answer your question YES, i've used IBE EPI and its good
 
IBE epi is good stuff, dont waste your time running it lower than 30mg however.

first time cycle id recommend 30/30/30/30 with an optional 5th week at 30mg.

If its all smooth sailing into week three, you could also bump it to 40mg.
 
oh well it comes too expensive to run it like that though. (about 120 dollars for 2 bottles + shipping!) I'm buying it from England and paying already too much on it with shipping and everything. (and pct an extra 140 dollars!) without clomid and nolva! this is very expensive. whatever I can save would be good.

I could do 10 - 20 - 30 - 30 (the bottle is 90 pills) and see what happens.

30 x 4 weeks would need 2 bottles and second bottle would have leftovers which I don't like.

30*4 weeks is one bottle man... (28 days)*(3caps/day) = 84 caps
