X-Gels w/ Creatine, GMS, both?

Trying to get this killer stack on together and wondering on users experience if any comparing the 2. GMS and X-gels would offer a good pump, but I feel I would have way better strength gains using Cret. Mono or w.e pops up on sale. Has anyone used both? My water consumption and rule of thumb has always been to finish 1gal by 1pm. I then casually drink the rest of the day. Any known Pwos that seem to counter effect ArAs effectiveness. Thinking of using High Volume with it. I am still working on recomp and diet gets better month to month and just looking for a little more insight

I typically use both. I'm sure you're aware of GMS positive effects w/ ArA, but I believe CrM also shares some synergy with ArA as well.

Creatine isn't the best thing to "stack" with GMS tho, since creatine is a polar molecule in both the stomach (amine) and small intestine (carboxylic acid).

I ran my very first ARA run with High Volume for some crazy pumps. If you can handle the pumps you will love it, high volume has GMS in it as well which is recommended with ARA.
I would even recommend picking up a small tub of GMS (Analyzed Supplements carries this) to get the amount up to proper dosage.

Creatine is fine during your ARA run, and taking it pre workout is not necessary. More recent studies lean towards better effectiveness post, but the difference is negligible just get your 3-5g daily.

This. I believe there is a difference, just not a hugely impacting difference. If I were you, and you had the money (or already have both GMS & CrM) I'd use both. If funds are an issue, just choose one.

It seems the "best" ArA cycle now would include; ArA (obviously), GMS, LCLT (or some form of carnitine), Anabeta Elite (new version and I believe the ingredient Lodhra Bark is the one that will inhibit ArA from being broken down into luekotrienes), and HCA (could use at standalone or in Metabolic Powder)

Also if you're recomping check out, if you haven't already, forskolin (50-100mg ED). Wonderful supp

For me I've found that gms makes me nauseous to the point I vomit mid workout most of the time if I take it preworkout with the rest of my supps.
Figured it was the high volume that was doing it.. then tried gms solo instead of high volume and the same thing happened. Started after about a week of use with current stack..
No issues when not taking high volume or gms.
Current stack is : ECA, tmg, creatine, x gels, alcar, recompadrol, anabeta elite, and erase pro with uncut or condense as my preworkout.
Maybe will give it another shot soon and see if those sides have gone away..
It was like.. Do 2 exercises, go throw up, come back and do the next 5 exercises. lol

As others have said, the GMS won't make or break you but it's a welcomed addition thing it's price point as effectiveness with ArA.

based on that i'd stick with what you have on hand rather going to buy something like glyergrow

High Volume would be no issue with ArA. Same with Creatine.

Creatine is obviously much cheaper so if funds are tight go with that, but ArA + GMS + Carnitine would be a worthy addition if you have the money for it.

Yep, GMS/GlycerGrow is pretty inexpensive (seems to last forever), but no need to purchase for just the sake of ArA cycle.

Hemavol + ArA = fuarking huuuge pumps

yesterday was the first day of hemavol and ara for me, pumps were a bit odd, but i'm assuming i'm going to see some insane pumps and vascularity as i go on a calorie deficit

Little off topic:Ara plus high volume equals ridiculous pumps. Took a little getting used to it. Shoulder day was very painful on this stack but the results were worth it.

I use gms/ara pre workout and 5g creatine mono post workout with good results

Glycerol Monostearate and it emulsifies the ArA.

2-3 grams for your Carnitine salt.

I would do that stack. I would do it hard. Throw in an AI and I'll take that stack out for dinner before I do it.

or get fancy xgels + green mag + gms .. my brother is on the stack and he is loving it.

Ya guys I couldnt be more appreciative of the gathering of information on this. Sure there are plenty of threads but I do feel that every few months things like this should be revisited to see hey, whats working and whats not. As many of you can see plenty of personal experience can shed new light in ways never imagined and I do value everyones input. Cant wait to get this party started! Got my Ara inbound, GMS and Creatine already locked and loaded. May spring for ALCAR and AnaBeta but the ladder might be overkill for me. Dunno if metabolic powder and Burn 24 should be stopped in this but they could only help right. Increasing my Cals by 800 but will be from more clean sources.

Ugh Im pumped thinking about this!

I've been doing 1.5gms ArA with GMS and PLCAR. So far so good.

Yeah just do 1 g like Aaron said, and see how it goes before increasing the dosage.
Maybe the study utilized different dosage schemes. Would be interesting to see.

Might be a while, takes a while to actually get something published once its submitted (generally assuming the study requires a minor revision of some sort).

I've always found 1g to be efficacious and economical. 1.5g is my sweet spot however. If you only have a couple bottles, or need monies for a carnitine source, 1g should suit you well.

Ok so officially

X-Factor X2, Peak Beta+, AS GMS, Burn 24, Metabolic Powder, Plenty of Whey lol, the occasional sip of alphamine while at work, and Amino IV and extra Leucine on hand if applicable later. Dont think Ive left much out. Will be using the Creatine maybe 2 weeks into it but will only use if the pump isnt killing my performance. Man I am so ready to effin go! l Was going to wait on the Forskolin-95 but will save that for when Im pushing the cut a little harder. Dont want to blow all the goodies too soon and lose hindsight of what is working well for me, as well being able to see what just isnt.

Hoping this will be a killer stack and an even better run as I havent truly pressed weight gain in over 9 months

Give 1g a try at first. That's plenty for most people.
Agreed.. and I wouldnt bother going up to 2g.. really excessive and not needed imo.
