X-Gels Stack

I've done x-gels in the past, about 5 years ago, and I feel like I had good success on the several runs I did with it. Obviously the increase in inflammation is the purpose of the product. But do you all have any recommendations on how to maximize results? Do I focus heavily on recovery? Calorie surplus? Avoid certain supps? Add certain supps? I'm thinking an 8-12 week run. I'm also really interested in some of the new (and old) natty anabolics from SNS and CEL. I've only tried M-Test.
 
I enjoyed 2g X-Gels taken 4 times a week during gym session after my first warm up sets

Took it with the following pre-wo
3g l-carnitine-l-tartrate
3g creatine
1g a-cedrene (CEL Alpha One)
300mg urolithin-b (taking 900mg/day)
2 pumps XPG Alpha-Gel on the muscles I worked

The gains were incredible. I was able to eat 4100 kcal daily and not gain any visible fat (didn't do cardio). I look bigger and leaner

At the end I increased the X-Gels to 2.75g daily for like a week and while painful, it was managable. This could change easily with a few more weeks but I think I'll try a 3g run some time

I was considering Alpha-one. What a stack. I also don't think I ever did more than 1g x-gels. 2g sounds so painful LOL

X-Gels is one of those supplements that stacks well with almost any of our other natural anabolic products.

My favorite natural anabolics in general &/or things that come to mind that it would stack well with are:
  • Anabolic XT
  • Anabolic Effect
  • Alpha One
  • Prime XT
  • Pepti-Bolic
  • Pepti-Plex
  • MPC-185
  • Phosphatidic Acid XT
  • Recomp20
  • ATP Elite
I'm glad to go into details if you or anyone else would like for me to, but those are my favorites or ones that I think would stack particularly well with it.

A lot of people, especially from the old days, will say to stack L-Carnitine with it - I think that if going to do that, that XPG L-Carnitine Gel is by far the way to go for that. It's so much better than regular oral L-Carnitine, especially for the benefits you'd be looking for for stacking it with X-Gels.

Here are some answers to your other questions:

Do I focus heavily on recovery?
I'm always a fan of focusing on recovery, as I think that it's probably the most overlooked aspect of most people's regimens. Almost all of the products I listed above will help with recovery.

Calorie surplus?
I've seen people use X-Gels in almost every scenario - bulking, lean bulking, recomp, etc. I do think if muscle gains are the priority then I would go with a surplus.

Avoid certain supps?
Some people go to an extreme with avoiding anything that has anti-inflammatory properties when taking X-Gels. I do not think that one needs to do that, I think simply take them at a different time of the day.

Add certain supps?
I made some suggestions above and would be glad to answer any questions.

For me personally, my stack would be Anabolic XT, Anabolic Effect, Alpha One, Prime XT, Pepti-Bolic or Pepti-Plex & MPC-185, ATP Elite, Phosphatidic Acid XT, and Recomp20. (I'm not saying to take them all, I listed them in sequence of how I would be prioritizing them; very respectful of budgets, and I would say stop wherever you need to).

To further explain one thing - I put Pepti-Bolic or Pepti-Plex & MPC-185 - the reason for that is that Pepti-Bolic is PeptiStrong and DL-185 and would be a great choice for most people. Pepti-Plex is PeptiStrong and other ingredients for muscle health, and I had a severe leg injury that caused a lot of tissue damage and Pepti-Plex is amazing for helping with things like that so personally that's why I'd go with that plus MPC-185 (DL-185).

I've never stacked with X gels but I just finished Anabolic XT and Anabolic Effect for 12 weeks. I was surprised how well I liked it. I resisted stacking them for awhile because of price and it just didn't seem like it could be as good as people said. It was. I'll do it again in the future for sure. I also love Alpha One. I've everything steve mentioned except some of the newer products and I'd say Anabolic Effect, Anabolic XT, Alpha One in that order if Muscle Growth is the goal.
 
I’ll defer to others on what to stack with it but in response to your other questions, I’d definitely recommend a small surplus. I have only ran x-gels once but ran it with a small surplus and my maintenance kept creeping up…wanted to bulk but ended up more of a recomp.

I started at two caps for a few sessions and ramped up to three and then four and never went beyond four caps, just preworkout on workout days only until I went through two bottles. I did stack with glycerol because I saw a bunch of old posts about it possibly helping absorption.

Was very pleased with the results, was able to just consistently add a little weight or a rep on everything every week or two. Probably my favorite natural product thus far.

Any time that I'm picking a favorite natural anabolic stack, my first 2 choices are going to be Anabolic XT and Anabolic Effect. For a good third choice, you couldn't really go wrong with Alpha One, Prime XT, or Pepti-Bolic.

L-Carnitine & X-Gels:
I'll explain the thought of taking L-Carnitine with X-Gels, but want to preface it by saying I don't think you actually need to. I think it was a good idea for the time, but science on ARA has come a long ways since then. I'm not saying not to - I think its good to, but that you don't have to. And if you do, I would go with L-Carnitine Gel because its going to deliver a lot more benefit for the dose.

The reasoning for using L-Carnitine with X-Gels is when you get into the science of how it works, it allows for the production of eicosanoids which also includes amplifying an increase thromboxane formation. The idea of inhibiting this pathway is to allow for more Ara to be converted to prostaglandins and prevent/limit platelet aggregation and vasoconstriction bought upon by thromboxane production. To counteract this, you used to see many people using high dose L-Carnitine, but that's because L-Carnitine Gel didn't exist back then. I think that L-Carnitine Gel would help a lot more and provide a lot more benefits.
