x gels questions

Right! That's what I'm sayin! I get tons of different answers. I was told by a guy on AM that I can't remember, he said why take 1.5 or 2 grams when 1 gram delivers the same results.

I'm pretty sure that if you used 2 grams a day on workout days, it should amplify the inflammation response considerably more than at 1 gram a day. I'm sure that there comes a point where our muscle cells simply can not hold anymore ArA, I don't believe that this level has been established yet though. That's what I understand of it from anecdotal comments I've read (and there are tomes of it, lulz).

TBH, I am takign 2g right now and cannot tell the difference between it and 1.5. Haven't ran 1g for a long time but might bump it down just to see. And these runs have been when I weighed between 210-200. Everyone is different I guess.

So what's the difference between 1 gram and 1.5 grams pre w/o?

You're getting in 2 more caps :).

But for real, Bolt or Breezy would have a good answer for this because they have ran ArA at different doses. I've only ran it once (right now) at 2 grams and the results I'm getting are nutty.

F**k I want to run them so bad. I worked extra hrs so I had extra spending money cause I need protein. I could buy a run of ArA and a couple tubs of protein but I promised my wife a bracelet:)

Honestly, I would give ArA a go whether it be 1/1.5/2 grams man. But more importantly, get that bracelet!!!

Right! Have to get the bracelet!

Happy wife happy life. Truer word have never been spoken. LoL
been wanting to try this but think it would make my knee issues worse.

The effects are more pronounced but you do run through the bottle faster. For a first run I suggest 1g per workout day then go up after that if you want. Its all personal preference.

If you interest in using x-gels but have some problem with joint/ligaments/tendon in the body, its not really a good thing to run x-gels then? Better get the joint/ligaments/tendon problem fixed and then maybe try x-gels?Will x-gels be available in a UK store?

Bump!

So X-Gels are rough on the joints? Like an AI (Nolvadren, Erase, etc.) dry? Or totally different?

For different reasons.

Since ArA is a pro-inflammatory, the idea is that if you have some sort of issue (with a joint, or tendon) ArA use may aggravate it.
But if you have no pre-existing issue, ArA shouldn't cause any problems in that regard, aside from increased DOMS.
At least that's my understanding, but I may be wrong.

AI's can cause joint pain because of the reduction of estrogen.

You beat me to it but well said.
if you have tendinitis problem ( tennis elbow, runners knee, etc ) it will aggravate it.

More like hard on connective tissue (ligaments + tendons) as connective tissue issues are due to tears which causes inflammation. ArA is of course pro-inflammatory.

If you do have connective tissue issues which are not too extreme, you could run cissus with your ArA, just make sure you dose it at least 5-6 hours away from your ArA dosing (same goes for fish oil).

AI's which knock out your E2 causes joint issues for another reason. E2 is needed to maintain joint and some connective tissue health. However, AI's are not going to be pro-inflammatory.

If you take ArA and you do have a pre-existing condition a good option is supplementing with joint products. I use iForce Joint Help to counter-act the effects on my extremely irritable elbows.

Keep in mind to space the dosing of joint supps and fish oil 4hrs apart from ArA. ArA causes inflammation which is part of how it works so any anti inflammatories should be dosed 4hrs apart from it.

Some people report joint pain; I for one don't. Because it is pro-inflammatory, if you have aching joints it may aggravate the issue slightly (moreso if dosed higher); at 1g per day I had zero joint issues. You can dose Cissus XT and fish oil 4+ hrs away from X-gels to combat the issue. AIs cause aching joints at higher dosages whereas X-gels may, or may not (depending on your personal condition). They aren't the cause per se, but can aggravate any issues.

Sorry bro, missed your question. We cannot source where X-gels can be bought from outside of NP (which has them at a great price) but see the answer above for the joint question. Fix the issue prior to use if your condition is really bad (i.e. inflamed and prolonged aching of joints)

No joint pain for me and I'm running it at 2 grams 5 times a week with no fish oil or cissus.

I experienced a bit of pain at 2g, but 1g and 1.5g I saw no issues. 1.5g really seemed to be the sweet spot for me. Ran 2 bottles and it was great.

What were your goals during the run? How pronounced were your results?

I ran them as basically a recomp agent during PCT. I felt that ArA did help me hold on to gains after a huge drop in test. For my money I think it's a solid investment specifically for PCT purposes. I can't make any "natty" assessment of ArA, yet.

Gotcha.. that's fair.

i just opened a theread about it but it seems people are talking about it over here so let me ask it again, i had a shoulder pain in my left shouldrt when hitting the gym, started 2 month ago, nothing to much.
i started taking ArA 1 month ago and it seems the pain is getting worst , i dose it 1g 3 times a week, first run with ArA.
i know i should go to doctor, but i really don't know if it can be described as joint issue becuas i never had it, it may be an injurey aswell.
so gotta know what should i do ? i'm only at my first bottle of XFA , should i stop taking ArA till my shoulders gets better ? or just getting Cissus may a good idea?

Stop taking XFA. Start running cissus. Check with a doctor to be safe (IMHO it's probably tendon inflammation somewhere due to bad form or going too heavy on certain exercises, probably hasn't turned into a truly serious issues yet, but check with a doc just to be sure). ArA isn't going to help your issue, if anything, it will exacerbate the issue as well as making the injury last longer since ArA is pro-inflammatory and you most probably have a tendon or ligament inflammation somewhere.

Thanks for the repley, much apriciate it!
but although i really like running ArA, probablly the best supplement i ever tried, so i'll keep running it at minimal dose of 1g 3 times a week. also i got some Super Cissus on my way to me. if after start taking Cissus the pain won't go so i will probably stop my run of ArA. thanks anyway!

Good plan; whilst ArA is effective, you want to use it in a way in which you get the most benefit out of it and if pain is hindering performance or recovery, then I suggest dropping it.

Can someone please tell me why some people have told me ArA is pro inflammatory and is linked to cancer?

Can you provide a link so I can see the claims? Pro-inflammatory yes, but not responsible for prolonged systemic inflammation. The issues come when inflammation is prolonged (i.e. not the result of a 1-2g per day dosing of ArA).

A lower dose such as 500mg is still highly beneficial for hypertrophy and performance and is far less likely to give you those side effects.
