X Gels and fish?

Hi guys,

Starting X gels soon and have a few quick questions. I eat fish everyday for lunch, usually one fillet of 100g of haddock along with scrambled eggs. Will the Omega oils interfere with X gels in any way or is this portion too small?

My plan is to eat lunch at 12pm and dose X gels at 4pm, will this leave enough time so that they are dosed on an empty stomach?

That should be fine. Fish oil and ARA should be taken separately so as not to impede ARA's mechanism of action.

I don't think it should be an issue. Good luck!

Haddock is very low in fat, and therefore has one of the lowest concentrations of EPA and DHA of all consumed fish.

<200mg per 100g

If your not eating the fish and taking the ARA you should be fine. Just keep them
Separated as much as possible.

I think with the 4 hour separation you should be good .
