X-Factor Question

I'm thinking about running X-Factor (original) here soon to see what it's all about. I'm currently taking Anabeta Elite and was wondering if it would be fine if once I got done with the bottle then went straight into X-factor would it be alright? Also, I've read up how the new "Advanced" version doesn't work as well because of the added oils. If I'm currently taking a MCT, CLA, omega 369 blend then should I stop it while taking the X-Factor so it wouldn't interfere with how it works?

Yes you can jump right into xfactor. Xfactor and ABE would of been a sick stack though.

I would stop that taking that blend while on xfactor just to not interfere. You could keep taking it just keep 4-5 hours away from dosing xfactor. But IMO I would drop it while ob xfactor.

II have a forskolin product at my house that also has green tea/cla in it along with chromium polcolinate. You think it would be good to stack that with it as well?

I would say wait and finish your AnaBeta cycle...while them both play a good synergistic role for good gains...you lack a lot of literature in the subject, specially since you take a blend of omega 369 , and also seem to be clueless upon the fact that CLA does nothing but lean out your wallet.

MCTs at supplemental doses are pretty worthless. CLA has a decent body of evidence if you are using a reliable and pure form (racemic has good data). I'd ditch the omega 6s and 9s since they're easy to acquire from diet or otherwise endogenously synthesized. Drop the omega3s during the X-factor run.

The forskolin in ABE would possibly synergize with the ArA if you want to go that route.

ABE I just used... next run will be stacking it with X-Factor.Mike

I do realize that dropping omega 3 supplementation for a few weeks will not kill anyone, but does one really want to sacrifice an extremely important "daily staple" type supplement that's great for so many bodily processes for a month or whatever? Couldn't one simply take the EFA's before bed with some cottage cheese or something? I'd have to assume there would be enough time inbetween your ArA dose and EFA dose that it would not have a negative effect. Just some food for thought.

If you train in the morning, you'd have a, I would assume, at least 8 hour period between EFA and ArA dose.
If you train in the evening, you'd still have a ~5 hour window between doses of EFA and Ara.
If you train at night, as some have to, take the EFA's in the morning. This would probably create the largest period of time between doses of EFA and ArA.

And as Cooper said, absolutely no need whatsoever to be dosing Omega 6's, and 9's. It's quite easy in the western diet to obtain massive amounts of both if you're not careful. I personally use *** Brand Omega 3's as each capsule has 1gram EPA/DHA combined, not just 1gram Fish Oil with a lower fraction of EPA/DHA. They usually have a buy 1 get 1 half off special going. If you dose 3 a day I do believe one bottle lasts about 40 days if you buy the 120cap one.

Why insult the guy? You could use your knowledge to help people rather than put them down.

Omega-3s are fatty acids that build up in your membranes and cells. You are not sacrificing anything by not supplementing for a month. Spacing them apart works for eliminating competition for uptake, but they are still working against one another in the myocyte.

What's the synergy between Forskolin and ArA? In layman's terms. :p

There is no synergy. They are actually anti-complementary in most tissue.

True, in this case synergy was not the correct word, but they do have an additive effect with potential for synergy depending on which affected processes are rate-limiting.
