X factor, Nuclear x and Ergonine

Would X factor, Nuclear x and Ergonine make a good stack?
Taken together pre-workout (2 times/week)...

FOR PUMPS:
Beta-Alanine (as CarnoSyn®) - 4800 mg
Arginine (from L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate and L-Arginine) - 3000 mg
L-Citrulline DL-Malate 1:1 - 2,000 mg
Creatine HCl - 2,000 mg
Creatine Anhydrous - 3,000 mg
Agmatine Sulfate - 1000 mg

TO POTENTIATE ARA:
Arachidonic acid - 1000 mg
Caffeine Anhydrous - 400 mg --> increases ArA to PGF2a conversion
LCLT - 2,000 mg --> reduces lossof ArA gains by inhibiting alternative thromboxaneA2 pathway
Glycerol - <1000 mg --> increases ArA absorption

OTHER:
Ferulic Acid - <30 mg
Betaine Anhydrous - 2,500 mg
HICA - 1500 mg
SynerGlut Blend (L-Alanine + L-Glutamine) - 2,500 mg

Is $7.95 / week to much or could the gains from this be worth it?
 
Dosing twice a week is definitely not optimal. In fact it may be nearly useless as the effects of Ara/e9 aren't really acute (mostly).

I would dose it 4x a week at a minimum for effective buildup

Would if I increased the ArA to 3g preworkout and E9 every other day. Would that be optimal?

It's not the size of the dose, but the gap between them. It'd be more beneficial to dose 1g on 4-5 days (even if not lifting)

E9 you could dose eod but again, better daily

4 days of dosing (at anything 1g or greater) should be fine. I wouldn't bother going up to 3g unless you're not responding to it. Many people do just fine at 1.5-2g on 4 days. I personally wouldn't bother spending all the extra money to dose that high

I am also curious if anyone knows any natural 5-LO inhibitors to add to the stack. From my understanding a simple TXA2 inhibitor like LCLT, according to the metabolism of ArA could theoretically (assuming complete inhibition) increase PGs released after exersise by 8.33%. On the other hand a LO inhibitor (assuming complete inhibition) will increase PGs by a theoretical 50%, allowing lower amounts of ArA to become more effective. For example a 1g dose could potentially be just as effective as a 1.5g dose. Is this logical?

cant seem to find anything on Lodhra and prostaglandins. The reduction of edema effect concerns me since this could mean an inhibition of PGs.
How your ABE and ArA run turn out for you?

I used og compound 20 (usplabs) for the lohdra when I ran Ara and it worked just fine.
 
I'll be doing xgels and ergonine soon enough
