X-factor and Mass Fx

I wana run mass Fx in conjunction with x factor. The x factor for 50 days costs 70 bucks and the mass fx is 50 bucks for 60 servings. This is about all i have to spend at this time. Is one bottle of mass Fx enough to see any effects? I weigh 220, how should i dose it? Are there any mass fx sponsored logs around? Id love to run one.....

There are a ton of sponsored logs happening right now. Here, as well as other forums. You can find them all at our home forum.

As far as 1 bottle of MassFX it should give some nice gains. If you want to run it with X-Factor then do it the last half of the X-Factor cycle - days 21-50.

2-3 servings of MassFX (4-6 pills) per day, every day.

X-Factor 4 pills per day, every day.
 
A MFX, XF, Powerfull combo? Hmmm...that looks pretty interesting to me!!

Definitley run everything on every day, whether it's a workout or an off day. You'll want to keep a steady flow in your system. Too often we forget that eventhough our bodies take their toll and are pushed to the limit on our workout days, it is those precious days off that are truly the time when we grow!! Anything that's going to help in recovery and growth should be paid careful attention to on off-days...especially rest and diet!!

Yeah i will i havent yet decided the third component of the stack. maybe changing my regular creatine mono to size on? i dunno any suggestions?
 
what kind of results have u seen off this stack? i want to put on 10 pounds of muscle in 129 days and yes i know that may be pushing on PH territory.

In 129 days? With the right diet, training, and supplements, I think that can be done.

I'm only on day 12, so I can't really say yet.
 
im going to start the x factor in two weeks of my recovery when im only doing light jogging and strecthing. after those two weeks i start lifting. when should i start the mass fx? how much should i take and for how long?
 
im about to order my supps and i just cant decide mass fx and x factor or hyperdol, mass fx and retain???????
 
Ouch! That's a tough call. I've never used X-factor, so it's really hard for me to give an honest answer.
