Ha this is my 1st competition to dude. What weight class you doin?
Nice goals man. I'm going to do the 135 weight class, aiming for 1st. You don't see much highschoolers that weigh as little as me lifting as much as me lol.
Umm.. right now since I'm recovering from the shoulder still my bench is low.
Bench-190
Squat-250-300 (havn't maxed yet)
Deadlift- I do 225 for 10 reps.. so probly in same range as squat
Thanks man, before the injury I could probably max 205.. I was doing 185 for 5 reps and was thinking of trying 190 for 5 the next week then.. injury. Lol. Whats your lifts right now?
Man that blows. My knee injury happened the same way. I can run, squat, leg press, but when I bend down at ceartin angles or go to far or to heavy on squats, it hurts. I was squatting one day in the summer and put to much weight on and I went to far. Nasty stuff. But before that same fat guy tackled me in backyard football. That started it all.
Bench - 190lbs x 4, 205lbs x 1 (215lbs with spot)
Deadlift -385lbs x 3, 415lbs x 1
Squat - 265lbs x 4 (Haven't tired to max out)
I want to bench 225+, deadlift ~430 and squat 3 plates.
What are your goals for the competition?
Nice man those are some high numbers. My goals are
205-210 x1 bench (shouldn't be hard to get it back up again..)
300-315 x1 squat (that'll be the hard one to get)
315 x1 deadlift
Those numbers you two are putting up are R-tarded for 15 year olds.
Same here with the squats. I only put up 275 3 times today. I still have 40lbs to go.

Yeah. I was doing 225 for around 7 reps the other day and didn't have a spotter so didn't want to risk going for 10 and hurt my knee more.
You mean like 95% of the kids that lift in my school?
Yea thats the hard part. No spotter, no heavy weight.

I want to buy X-factor so bad now becuase of your results. But with baseball coming up in a month and it basically not stopping until October, I dont need any added DOMS. Maybe next winter..

Ups- Good workout, great chest pumps. Still pissed about my strength going down tho! It's coming back.. plus I just changed back to the 10 rep range instead of 5 so going to have to adjust to that also.
Downs- Zits.

man i can only do like 90lbs 8 times but I stopped curling though for quite a while. I cant do nearly that much now. During baseball though I will be curling a lot since there isnt much else to do.
