Day 47

Ups- Great workout, only down part is I hate my home gym with a passion.. it makes chest day a *****! Well good workout otherwise, endurance, leaned out even more, vascularity, everythings great.

Downs- Still a few zits poppin up.. and my joints have been bugging me lately.

Same with me man. I hate working out at my house like I had to today. We had a snow day so I couldn't go to school's weight room.

Yeah dude weather was horrible today. I had to walk to school in it. I hate my home gym cuz the whole benching part of it is jacked in so many diff ways I can never get a good chest workout and it flips me out.

That sucks. I hate walking in ****. Mine was on sale at k-mart a few years ago. The TOTAL weight limit is 250lbs. I weigh ~164ish and I can bench over 90lbs. Plus, I use the walmart weights (no olympic) so my bar has 85lbs spread across 2 feet on each side. Its a challenge. lol.
 
That blows lol. The 2 things I hate the most is if you can't move the bar up 100% COMPLETELY even it gets stuck and won't move at all then with incline you can't move the bench part in enough to do it.

Today was my last day.. seems I might have messed up with dosing a time or two because their out now. So I'll try to get some pics up by the end of the week.

Ups- Great back workout, felt real full, upped the weight a little bit, aggression was up.

Downs- nothing.

Wrasslin great post bud. I started lifting when I was 15 and did some wrestling at the exact weight you are at in high school. You remind me of myself. During the season i would still commit to the weights and was ripped. Strength was usual down but would force the gym in after 3 hr practices. And whe I say 3 hrs I am not kidding. We drilled like mad men then did sprints and rope climbs. On the off days we rean 2-3 miles then practiced. The other days we had an aerobic instructor and did areobics before practice. So I was usually pretty beat.

You have great genetics and from what I read the one thing I would say is change your routine up. The biggest mistake I made was to train small body parts such as bi's to much. At your age you need to focus on more of the power lifing exercises for a couple years. Heavy squats, deadlifts, bench etc. At the shape you are in now you could compee as a teen no problem. But the common mistake kids make is over training the arms because they look good to the girls. Oh and truct me I showed them off. But what will count later is when you step on stage and have a great set of wheels and all the otehr competition has skinny legs.

Yeah sounds kind of like my practices, they go from 3-5:30 or 6. And thanks for the compliments man, I actualy want to start competing sometime in the next few years and hopefully in my later years turn pro. The bi's and small parts I personaly think arn't much, because they havn't grown until I made my program like this. I guess that shows some truth to how everybody is different when it comes to lifting.
 
woo subbed to this brotha. ha if only you lived in texas or nay of the national tournys we go to. we would wrestle then 145 lbs. im subbed cuz i thought about takin this stuff. it was really hard for me to keep 145 though. i lost a ton of muscle cuz of maintaining that weight.
ps i owned in that weight class. haha much stronger than anyone i faced. what are your maxes? cuz you look almost the same size as me.

Haha dude I got killed in 145, I actualy weighed enough to wrestle 125 by our last meet. Only reason I couldn't drop is because all our weight classes were filled below, but I had no problem strength wise with the 145's.

Lol hopefully next year I get the weight that I should. And have my 8 pack showin :bb2: I can feel it but because of my metabolism being as fast as a slug it's going to take a loong time of hard dieting.

did you mean to say you killed? bring it ripped i got ya. ha just messin. yeah man i did a really unhealthy cut for season. i cut from 170 to 145. 152 is a fun class. i did that for the first two weeks but hydration test allowed me to drop so i did.

Yeah cutting blows dude especialy doing it unhealthy and lose your muscle. I'm working on a good diet right now. Gotta look good when spring hits haha.

so you motivated me to do powerlifting. i just need to train and find a local competition. my lower body needs some work haha. and yeah dude i lost a ton of muscle went from working out 260x5 with like 230x5 in bench. that was me biggest loss. but yeah you motivated me to want to do those. whats the weight classes for the comp?

Great man! It's fun I got to get my lifts back up tho.. yeah that kind of sounds like my first cut, I lost everything lol. There's 125,135, and I think it goes on like that.

That's a lot of stuff man haha. Yeah I tried the MHP protein before.. get the vanilla, mix it in milk with frozen strawberries and frozen banana.. mmmmmamazing! Just wish it didn't cost so much.

we should all run a different version of a certain type of product to compare for people. because we all are about the same weights and similiar diets.

Yeah food is amazing haha. I was supplement crazy my 8th grade year but this summer I just fixed up my diet and only used whey and aminos, now that diets in check I'll stuff in.

Oh and good luck with the log man. I might do the same, only I've ran LR before so I'm going to stack it with Drive and some Kre Alk.

Get this tho, some senior at my school bought some Nitrotech to get muscles right.. he took it at 3 scoops until the jug ran out and asked why he didn't gain any muscle. So I asked him why I never see him working out in the first place, he's like 'oh I hate working out, I just wanted muscle! That's what this stuff does right??'
