Wow Ups sucks

Ordered my protein on the 27th of aug, not scheduled too arrive unitl the 8th of Sept. Thats garbage, not blaming u guys, that just sucks. I also ordered from bb.com on the same day paid the same for shipping and got it in two days.
 
Really? The one time I ordered from ATW last December, it took about 5 weeks to come, and that wasn't UPS's shipping time.

I didn't work here at the time but it seems that, that is the same time when the roof collapsed on our warehouse during the big blizzard. Mother Nature dictated shipping for everyone! LOL!

I apologize for any inconvenience to anyone due to shipping issues. I have been told that steps have been taken and most issues have been resolved.

I ordered and paid last May 04 2006,
and I am still waiting for my orders (to japan- 8 weeks LOL).
And no emails from allthewhey about the status of my order.
 
Doesn't beat the post office. I ordered pins Monday, Saturday I found them in my rain soaked backyard. Since no one was home they threw them in the back yard with my DOGS. A-Holes

I am not joking. I emailed rob from allthewhey and he told me he will look into it (2days ago). I am still waiting for the reply and of course my orders of almost 35 lbs of whey.

Hi there,

Did you order over the phone with Rob or did you order through our website and if so do you have an order # so I can try & find out what the deal is for you?

BTW - in the future if order through me.....(Matt in comments and matt05 discount) and you e-mail me regarding any issue......I will address your concerns as soon as possible & if I can't find out info or status of something, I will escalate the issue to our customer service AND the VP of Sales and even the owner if I have to.

We are on top of the UPS issue & I even think the owner had a meeting with UPS reps recently.
 
Well, I also have some problems with the customer service. LOL. I ordered and paid last december 15, 2005. I ordered 20/30 10lbs, 1kg glutamine, wheyblend 5 lbs and 25lbs of whey concentrate. I'm pretty cheap so i have it shipped to japan using the cheapest (surface mail 4-6weeks). I got half the order last feb. 15, and now i am still waiting for the 25 lbs of whey concentrate. My main problem is that nobody told me that the products would be late (just an email will do).
Anyway, Thanks Laura for replying to my email last week. I am just hoping that i will receive everything i ordered.

Jayhawwk, I dont know what you mean, but that order was also delayed for 3 months because of the big blizzard.

there should be 4 digits after the 2131...I would need those to be able to see which order is yours ....or your phone # and the date your ordered on.
 
i finally got my stuff and boy i was surprised, it was more protein then I thought I was ordering. it must of been the damn good price that through me off

Update

Here is an update regarding issues revolving around delays in shipping:

With the help of our customers, All The Whey has grown alot in recent months and we are experiencing growing pains with our suppliers of raw materials that we use to manufacture our product as well as suppliers of packaging to pack our product and ship it to you. There have been several failures in service to us and unfortunatley this has resulted in delays in shipping to you.

Just as one example we had a 1 week delay in delivery of our containers we use to package our product, 2lb, 5lb jars etc. It took a driver over a week to drive from Quebec to here outside of Philly. Needless to say we are actively securing service with another provider as we can't tolerate the delay this is causing our cusomers to endure.

There are several other examples too.

Obviously we can't anticipate these problems ahead of time and when we are assured that they will be resolved asap, we can't posibly notify customers on something we are not sure may or may not happen.

Steps have been taken to rectify all of the issues and this coming week we should be completely caught up on orders. As a matter of fact we have a large crew in our warehouse right now on a Saturday kicking out orders as I type this.

I appreciate your patience as we resolve these issues in an effort to serve our loyal customers.

My issue wasn't with you guys, it is with UPS. If there's a way those bastards can screw up my orders, from any company, they do it. I can place an order on Sunday and it's usually here by Thursday or Friday at the latest. The last order took 11 days to travel exactly 100 miles. I guess since gas prices have gone up UPS has gone back to The Pony Express? :FUfinger: TO UPS !!

Thought I'd post. Ordered monday, shipped tuesday, and delivered wednesday. I live in PA, so I expected no more than 2 days shipping time.

I'm not sure about UPS - but I have heard of some trucking companies delaying deliveries until they have full loads so they can get the most out of the gas the buy. Especially with food products that can only be shipped with other food and not with other products.
