This will be my first true PH with PCT and everything. I have ran the Androseries before but thats about it. I am going to be running Epi + Derm with cycle support with pre loading TUDCA for 2 weeks and probably throughout the cycle. Nolva will be the PCT along with Test Factor and MacaPro. This is what I was thinking about doing....All help is welcome (I will be starting in about 2 weeks or less). oh, I have 2 bottles of epistane (90 caps each)

Pre cycle (2 weeks) - TUDCA

Cycle

Epistane - 10/20/20/30 ? still not sure. The bottle has 90 caps at 10mg / cap so I would only be using 56 caps. Maybe do 20/20/30/30? I was evening thinking about going 6 weeks and do 10/10/20/20/30/30

Dermacrine - 3 pumps after my morning shower every day.

Cycle Support - On cycle and during PCT

PCT

Nolva - 20/20/10/10

Test Factor - 4 caps / day until bottle is empty

MacaPro - 2 caps / day until bottle is empty

what do you guys think?

Up the epi to 30mg day one; go up to 40 or 50 by the end

Def recommend using a low dosed ai on cycle eod to control estrogen.

Run 40mg for 6 weeks.

20mg am, 20mg pm

Your body doesn't stop producing estrogen just because your on supraphysiological dosages of non aromatizable steroids.

The opposite.
 
the dermacrine will aromatize.. so an aromatase inhibitor might be helpful.. depends how your body reacts to estrogen... if you have existing gyno that may also be a concern..

if you decide to go with all 5a reduced compounds then i doubt your body's DHEA production will aromatize into enough estrogen to cause gyno..

not looking to argue the point just stating my opinion.

Never have had gyno before. Plan on taking endosurge during pct
 
8/11 - Day 1 of epistane + Derm

"so, it begins...."

Starting at 30mg. 1 upon waking, 1 pre workout and 1 post workout.

Dermacrine 4 pumps after my morning shower.

I didn't see anyone following so I stopped lol I'm hitting legs tonight. Strength gains are coming but slow. I'm on day 16. Haven't weighed in since last time. I'll weigh in tonight

When I ran Epi it took awhile to set in, it was along time ago though so I don't really recall...

Is personally go 8 weeks myself but 6 is good..

yeah not sure yet. dont really wanna be shut down for 8 weeks. Im at 40mg right now.
 
3rd week should be where it starts to shine
 
Day 19

Up 8 pounds lean. Strength is slowly coming. Able to hit 2 or 3 extra reps on compound lifts. I started 40mg on day 15. Maybe I'm starting to see epi take action now. Wanna get bigger. May go 6 weeks and stay with 40mg.

You never know, I mentioned my buddy earlier in another thread but he gained 27lbs on a 7 week Halo run..
 
Today starts week 4. I will weigh in. I feel like I'm not gonna stop. I've gained some weight definitely, but not where I want it. Gonna keep going probably.

So to recap: I am doing 30/30/40/40/40/40

So far, minimal strength gains. Def improved on almost every lift, but nothing crazy. Gained 8 pounds as of mid week 3 with a little decreased body fat.

Androseries - I ran Androhard, Andromass, and Androbulk. My favorite was the OG andromass. But felt VERY lethergic throughout the entire cycle. On the latest formulations, my favorite was AH. I stacked it with (i think) andromass. Andromass had a 1/2 dose of AH in it so I made it a full dose. I think in 8 weeks i put on maybe 12 pounds and lost 3 in PCT

Epi - At first I was running my last few caps Brawn at 30mg and now I am at IBE at 40mg. Wish I had Brawn so i could go up to 45 lol Dont really wanna hit 50.
 
I am also taking Cycle Defense and walmart brand milk thistle. I have Formabolic on hand along with Erase Pro, Test Factor, and Endosurge Turbo. PCT is Nolva 20/20/10/10
