2. Food intake
3. Form
4. Recovery
5. With the new flexible dieting bs now could be an electrolyte balance issue or something like that (neglecting nutrients)

I don't believe fiber specific training is the issue with most people. I believe for the 75% who do have the above in check it's impatience.
