Hey, I recently hurt my knee due to squats so i am letting it rest for a little bit. In the mean time I still want to workout so It will only be my upper body. Does anyone know a good setup that I can use? Wanna hit everything 2x a week or so. Thanks
Do what you were doing before just without legs. I don't get the point of this post, if you need help setting up a workout there is great information on Bodybuilding dot com that would give more information then what any of us would type. I mostly only do compound lifts so depending on how bad your knee is I'd still suggest sticking to those.
