Working out day after carb up?

If I finish my carb-up Saturday night. Should I lift Sunday or just wait till Monday. It seems that every CKD guide says to start carb up Friday afternoon and finish Saturday night, but they all have training starting again on Monday not Sunday.
 
I think the goal of it is to lift day after carb up with a depletition workout to empty the carbs you ate.. not sure though someone is bound to chime in..

the ckd diet I had found seemed more like guidelines then rules I am sure you are fine to carb up on other days other then weekends aslong as there is at least 5 days inbetween.. if it is better for u and ur schedule then carb up on fri-sat.. I'm sure its fine
 
I thought u did a depletion workout before you carb up. My main question is why wait a day after the carb up to start working out? Wouldn't it be beneficial to workout the next day, with fully filled glycogen?
