What do you do to get the look you have?!!! You are lean as heck and athletic looking. Definately what I'd love to see in the mirror when I look at myself. Give us some details please.
Well, THANK YOU for the complement. Thats hard to sum up as it's more a matter of finding out, throughout the years, how my body personally responded to different diets, training and supplements. This took some time to figure out...a lot of time actually.
I will try and answer this in more detail when I'm not so tired, lol, but the 3 things that allowed me to really "dial in" on my goals (which are to be very lean year around, while maintaining a decent amount of muscle) were carb manipulation, no "cheat DAYS" (only one cheat MEAL per week) and HITT training.
Long story short, I found my body responds best with very little carbs on most days (100 grams or less) with 1 or two carb up meals throughout the week, right before bed. I actually got this idea from Beverly International. It's worked like a charm.
HITT training has been a real eye opener for me and something I use EVERY week in different variations. Cheating only one meal per week, and eating perfectly the rest of the week has also helped greatly.
As I said, I'll try and go into further detail later. Feel free to ask any specific questions you have. Basically, the better you know YOUR body, the better advice I can give you.
