How should I put them in order? I was thinking back should be the end of the week. Or legs. I need my legs for work so maybe legs at the end is better. Help me out. Send my your routine.

Or you can do, if your worried leg and back being too close together I find it ok as my only lower back exercise is dead lift and for back days it's all upper
