Whats up everyone, it is cutting season for me again and a problem I face with this is I currently have about 3 works left of an internship at MS so I basically work from 6am - around 7pm. While I would love to bring huge a** salad bowls with me to work that simply is not a real feasible solution and I would like something smaller to bring along. My meal plan as of now is carbs only for Pre-wo and every other meal would be protein/fat - so these meals would mostly be protein/fat.
Anybody have any suggestions (keep in mind there is no microwave)? As of now I favor bringing my own meals in to eat while cutting so I can keep track of my macros.
