Sugar is a real bitch. Huge dude at my gym complains he can't have beer during prep, giving up alcohol is not problem for me, it's giving up poptarts, donuts, lucky charms, candy bars, all that great **** that kills my soul lol

Lol nice dude, it can give some insane pumps and great workouts but it also has a habit of making me binge and put on fat.

Rather than label it as fat I prefer to think of it as pre-muscle. This helps me relax and sleep at night...along with a half gal. of ice cream and triple choc chunk brownies;).
 
We are all such fat asses here lol well inner fatties because if we didn't workout and somewhat control our diets we'd all be starring in our own episodes of My 600 Pound Life.
 
Not fat, anchor weight to keep us on the ground as our muscles try to launch us into space as we toss plates around :D
 
Next cycle, September, need a few months to trim the fat from this bulk.

I'm in PCT now following a 6 week cycle where I had ~4-5 dozen donuts and a bunch of cookies, ice cream etc...

Non-cycle metabolism is kickin do I'll have to trim my intake a bit too...So I feel ya.

I had 4 yesterday. My record in one day was 7 or 8 I think also.

We have a rule at work where if you're late you gotta bring in donuts.

We had 4 people late in as many days last week. I was a dirty, dirty bulker.

Not in one sitting but my max has been 16 in <24hrs during an eating challenge I did (20.5k in ~24hrs).
I've never cleaned bulked in my life lol
 
I always start with the best intentions too, then about a week in I lose my **** like a **** collector with amnesia.

Didn't workout yesterday. Got stuck at work and slept through my morning alarm.

Today was solid a solid back and bi session. Thinking about adding shoulders with my back but idk yet. Felt good. Nice and focused.

Also - I finished with an ab circuit of about 300 reps.

I've consumed 2400 calories since 11 am (5 hours) and I'm still hungry. About to dive into another 1500. I just can't eat enough.
Workout today was surprisingly good considering how stressed I am about finals. I have two finals back to back Tuesday and Wednesday then a break until the following Monday. Full blown panic mode, but in the gym I was focused and not stressing about anything but how I'm going to fill this bottomless pit I have become
 
Do you ever do cable curls with an ez bar? I get massive pumps from those.
 
I lean forward, with my back to the cable tower. You gotta pull the bar up from between your legs which is a bit awkward but retract your shoulders, lock your elbows against your sides, and boom, twin peaks baby lol

Never watched hockey. A good buddy moved to Dallas and watches a lot of Stars games. He loves them. Soccer games here are pretty fun.

I'm pretty excited and pretty worried. This draft is a wild card. Been a strange year.

I'm a big fan of the Premier League for soccer, I also play in a pretty cut throat (no joke) coed league.

I've been into hockey my whole life. Usually I play in a beer league but bodybuilding has put that on hold.

As for football, I was raised a Steelers fan but I've always had a soft spot for the 9ers. Who is your team?

I'd guess the team I have #1 by . Also like the Texans and I live about a mile from NRG

I'm thinking the 49ers trade Kaep for a 3rd or 4th.

yeah no ive been a fan since i was a kid... Way before we started playing good lol my son is a panthers fan... I tried telling him that its not cool to be a bandwagon fan. Wouldnt listen though. Drives me nuts too cause he changes who he's going for every time the score changes.

No i dont. I just watch football religiously during the season.

In divisional games, if I have someone like Dez or Murray (when he played for Dallas) or Jordan Reed, I want NY to win but the player I have to go off. And then when they score I'm like ahhhh ****!!!!! But I'm also happy because I got 6 points in fantasy. Emotional roller coaster
