Woody Trests the Dark Side

Today we're doing burgers and beans for dinner. Triple cheese burger and baked beans. Can't wait!
 
I'm gonna do shoulders in a few hours. Probably gonna stop doing squats. Always have some pain the next few days and I don't like that. Stick with lunges/split squats and leg press.
 
I'm eating as little as possible figuring 120 mg trest 20 mg mk677 can hold on 2 muscle dinner was 2 can of tuna 1 serving Greek yogurt and a cheese stick :(

If you feel you'll get better results that way, I say go for it! How has your weight and physique been responding to the cycle? I know mentally it hasn't been doing as much as you expected but anything else you've observed?
 
I've noticed a bit more energy at 120 I'm liking It,I would go for it woody also I'm low on arimidex at taking EOD that's another reason I went for it

Well my diet isn't too clean haha. A lot of fast food but I make the best of it. Grilled chicken sandwiches, etc. I don't have time to cook right now because of finals but I'm not eating Big Macs and fries. The worst thing i eat is an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. I eat a lot of breakfast tacos because they're cheap and filling and I love barbacoa. That being said. My chest is starting to stand out more and grow. No idea on my back. Strength isn't going through the roof or anything but there's more control and ease lifting the same weight.

Currently condensing a 105 page outline into the blank pages of a casebook and statute book and retyping an outline. Hoping to be done by 8, then grabbing some dinner, taking dog out, and hitting the gym for some arms and maybe cardio to tire me out.
 
120 is a great amount for treat when in cap form, great updates Man, sorry I've been absent from this thread for a while, had some stuff going on.

The dressing is easy, too. Avocado, garlic, lime, cilantro, cumin, plain Greek yogurt.

Have you had Cilantro Avocado dressing by Bolthouse Farms? It's Greek yogurt based, and is amazing. Tastes just like the sauce on soft steak taco at Taco bell.
 
Well, today I'm pretty sure I got Sasha Gray'd by Article 9.

Went and had a really solid leg workout without squats. Lunges, weighted carries, sled pushes, and some accessory work. Didn't track my workout because I was a little flustered considering I walked out of that test praying for a B. Mood, focus, aggression was great.

Got home, laid out a little bit with my girl and thinking about going back.

Been on 120mg for a few days and there is a noticeable difference.
 
Chest workout was solid. Superset a lot with abs but didn't take note of it

Was pouring in sweat and heart rate never got close to baseline.

Woody how are you dosing the Trest? Taking the majority preworkout? I'm gonna start mine on Monday and my plan is to take it all pre.

I take two caps preworkout and two caps space out about 6-8 hours away. Seems to be the best dosing scheme for me.

I'd agree that is best to help keep blood levels more even through the day.

Thanks for the input guys. Not saying you guys are wrong but, isn't the half life of Trest extremely short? Would it not make sense to get my whole dose in before my workout? It seems like you'd have to dose this stuff like every two hours to keep steady blood levels throughout the day haha.

Yes, you are right about the half life. I suppose you could do it either way. I know even splitting doses won't have you covered all day unless you took a ton lol.

I'm running OL UK's Dermatrest and Tr3st right now, so I'm covered ;)
 
Keeping the dose split throughout the day is the ideal way to administer trest.

^^^This. Trest is highly anabolic so keeping it active in the system will really help keep growth moving along. Oral Trest I believe is something like 2-4 hour half life and TD is like 4-6 hr IIRC. This is why most do 50 of the TD morning and night and 50 mg oral PWO. 50 mg is plenty for the acute PWO strength and aggression benefits.
 
I've tried 1/1/1/1 and 1/1/2PWO but 2/2 gives me more aggression in the gym, more road rage, and gives me an adderallesque tunnel vision focus when I have sex. I didn't really much any different from taking nothing when I split them evenly through out the day. I only did it for about 3-4 days, though
 
the half life accordint to mr cooper is barely 40 mins. so you would want to dose every two hours for optimal saturation.
misfit gets it right here... TD and pills.

or go the other route and IM the stuff!~
 
Left the gym a bit early bc I was so hungry lol. Had a pretty quick workout because I'm going to an Astros game at 7 but our suite opens at 5:30. Got to the gym at 2:15 - finished back and bis by 2:55.

I was super exhausted, too. When I got home from work I sat on my bed and almost fell asleep. Forced myself to the gym and I was in the zone and on it. Usually I'd have to take a nap first.

Also worth noting, my nips are on fiya. Upped my Exemestane to 25mg EOD and added Nolva 10mg E3D.

Oh, and I had my first coke in over two years. With ice cream. Rootbeer float, FTW.

Yeah, it's baseball. Not that fun on TV, IMO. But totally different when it's live. It's a lot of fun.
lifted67 we don't have premier league in Houston I don't think but I do enjoy MLS Dynamo games. I know zero about soccer though
 
I have the NBC Sports app and you can watch it on there. I'm a huge hockey/Penguins fan but in the last year or so my friend the UK really got me into Arsenal FC.

I got family in Houston, big Texans fans.

Preds play later, hopefully we can take out San Jose and face either Dallas or St Louis next round.

Blues are out for blood this post-season; we're up 3-2 in the series now and the next game is in STL. I have a feeling (knock on wood) that we'll win, so hopefully you'll see us in the next round!
I'm STILL rubbing our victory against the Blackhawks in their fans' faces. They've always been such stuck-up *******s, and deserve to feel a little humility and bitterness for once.
