Wobmarvels let's go natural for a while (almost) and see what happens log.

Couldn't be arsed this morning so just poured a little into each hand and rubbed it on my arms and chest. Pretty sure that's still scientific measurement. I've been using my wife's hair conditioner spray nozzle so was having to clean it out before and after use... Unless she can benefit from washing her hair with dhea in the shower every day
That is how I would do it.

Chest day

Barbell bench press
35kg X 20
55kg X 20
65kg X 20
80kg X 10,8,6 dropset 65kg X 8 45kg X 14

Bodyweight dips X 25,22,19

Dumbell flyes

22.5kg X 11,10,9

Annoying arm pain happened during flyes, I think it's a nerve thing. May need to get it checked out cos it's been months. It's like a twinge of pain depending on how my wrist is twisted or arm is raised. I can even make it twinge lying in bed if I raise my left arm above my head. Happy with strength levels apart from that though.

Back to spray bottle with the dhea, decided pouring into hands was too much, cos it's like water it's easy to overdo it. Found an old bottle for something else so cleaned it out and transferred some liquid into it. Bottle holds about half of the supplement contents so in about 7 days if the small bottle is half full I should be pretty much on track for dosing. Doing 25 sprays twice per day again.Invalid Link Removed

Feeling quite down today and generally bummed out. Don't know if the dhea is screwing with my hormones or I've just come to the reality that trying to become a personal trainer was a foolish pipe dream and I've just blown a wad of cash on a training course that isn't realistically gonna lead anywhere.

We all have down days, try not to let it affect you too much. Personal training cert sound awesome, look at it as a supplemental income opportunity even if it's not the primary source. If nothing else, the knowledge will help you progress in your personal lifting.

Yeah that's where my mind is heading. The internet is full of "become a personal trainer and earn 35k per year", it's something that I've always wanted to do and this redundancy course has given me the funds and time to really try and get it done.

I'm not stupid though, I realise that there are many personal trainers that qualify, get excited and quit within a year because they simply can't earn enough.

I think I need to step back and look at this as a redundancy funded gift to myself and maybe soon start looking for something else to keep money coming in, I do have almost 27 years retail experience after all including management. Even if it's something part time. Can't put all my eggs in one basket.

I do still have time on my side. Realistically I have about 6 months to make something work.

Thanks for the post man, I really appreciate it.

I don’t think doing a personal training course is a foolish thing to do. You shouldn’t think as well. You started with some intend in your mind. Keep at it. We all know some days we might question “what the hell am I doing”. But, let it not affect your vision or goal what you have set. Stay positive! 💪

So with my mind all over the place the last couple of days I didn't train back yesterday (or today) will try and regroup tomorrow and get back on track.

Short ish legs and back workout today

Barbell squats

Bar X 10
35kg X 10
55kg X 10
75kg X 10
85kg X 6

Deadlifts

65kg X 10
75kg X 10
85kg X 10

bodyweight rows X 10,10,10

Pull ups bodyweight X 10, 10, 10

Found a few more 1.25kg plates so was able to up the weight again by 5 kg. Don't know if it's the stars and pipes or poor form (probably a combination of both) but my biceps were pumped to all hell from the pull exercises, more so than normal.

Do you guys use a padded bar for squats? I'm only doing 85kg and the bar digs into my upper back like nothing else.

All good points. I also use fish oil, didn't count it as support cos I use it even if I'm not training or on cycle. But yeah, the evidence would show benefits of clomid over cold turkey.

I think my point was aimed more to the people that harp on a out how cycle support and serms are a "must". They are not. No one is dying without them and it takes a hell of a lot of abuse of anabolics to render yourself impotent with the test levels of a 5 year old girl for life. Yes we give our own best advice and as we know that advice of what's best on cycle and during pct will be different depending on who you talk to but that guy who is dabbling for the first time and taking a 4 week cycle of 1 andro does not need the sh1ts put up him with agro about not doing his homework and not having cycle support or serms on hand as long as his dosing is sound. In my experience kitchen sinking cycle support plays more havok with your inner workings than just the cycle alone.

It just annoys me when people chime with that crap when it's not needed... In my opinion. I'm not a jacked 4% bodyfat bodybuilder but I've ran cycles without support and serms and maintained in the past for months until something in my life has stopped my training or sticking to my diet. Never got bloods done so maybe I was a wreck inside bug purely going by feel never got depressed, lost sex drive, shrank in size overnight (or over weeks).... Hang on, maybe all my stuff was bunk.
When I used anabolics in the past, i used Nolva, clomid, GNRH, natural products... I kept basically no cycle gains. Fortunate for me, I'm pretty sure I have great test levels now; anecdotally. My friend, he did a few dmz cycles. No PCT. His test levels that he had checked over a month ago was worse than elderly levels.

Was squatting consistently, but have since switched to leg press and hack squats. I'm enjoying those. My lower back is enjoying those.

Did he have them checked before the cycles?

So weird cycle sh1t going on. Started getting the epistane nausea, up to 30mg now, still not a huge dose though by any means.

Also weird hypoglycemic symptoms going on. Last few days mid morning I'm getting light headedness, dizzy, hands shaking. Craving sugar. Already eaten at this point and it's not low carb, protein shake with two scoops oats or whole food. Not taking mk however still taking bsl growth. Been on that for almost 8 weeks and to be honest only take it at night for the melatonin which is supposed to be unavailable in the UK. It is advertised as a growth hormone improver but it's all herbal sh1t so don't know what's going on there. Also get pins and needles on my hands a few times per night so maybe it's spiked with mk or some sh1t.
Nausea comes and goes so makes diet and training a challenge so kind of cruising this week. Just had a peanut butter and jam (jelly) sandwich and feel a bit better.

In all seriousness, what else are we all here for if we cant help keep each other on track? Glad to help out brother.

Nope, I actually found it would be more wobbly if I used it.
Yeah so you just avoid squats ;P
This made me laugh!

So decided to play around with barbell floor presses and they feel good. Watched a few vids for tips. Lay completely flat so no bent legs, no flat feet on the ground so no back arching.

Felt a lot safer than normal benching since I train alone. Less stress on shoulders, less agrivation of my sore arm.

I will say for me that they feel like partials. I'm pretty thin and lanky so when my elbows touch the ground the bar is still about three inches off my chest. Someone who is thicker in the back and chest with shorter arms may find the bar nearly touches. Either way I felt a decent pump in my chest, more so than with normal bench I recon with the reduction in shoulder stretch at the bottom I was actually maintaining more constant tension.

Finished with high rep dumbell flyes also from the floor

Decided on a bunch of brawn stuff so gonna be continuing gw, will compare brawn to the brand I'm currently using. Then will also add in mk and pct complete by brawn also. Was gonna get something like m test too but figure I won't really need it. Pct complete contains ashwaganda and a couple of other feel good ingredients.

The reason I do partials regularly, they target chest better, IMHO.

Every fricking time!! I've entered the last week of cycle where I feel run down and think I'm getting a cold from one of my kids bug it's probably my body saying stop the madness.

Tingling in left nipple. Started low dose clomid with aromasin e3d which will take me to pct start on Sunday where I will up the clomid and introduce the stuff I mentioned earlier.

So trying to survive the last couple of days of the cycle. Still training although not logging. Reached the point where I feel I have recomped somewhat. Weight is still around 190 but abs are more defined than when I started. Legs slightly bigger but nothing to write home about.

Did chest and arms today, highlights were side laterals with 40lb dumbells supersetted with standing overhead press with 50lb dumbells, even feeling sh1tty I found these easier than expected. That's quite heavy for me and the reps just kept coming. It's just a shame that the nausia especially in the mornings makes it difficult to keep up with the diet and training.

Also managed dumbell curls with 50lb dumbells for sets of over 15 reps.

Hopefully the switch to pct on Sunday will give me a bit of a second wind so I can try and hold on to the strength improvements I have made.

So upon waking I have ambrosia nectar in 16oz water, clomid fish oil cardarine plus I'm trying mk too. If it screws with hunger too much I'll move to evening.

Ambrosia stuff is way too expensive for my blood
Yeah nectar is basically an oncycle support supp. It has some solid ingredients and you could probably pick them up individually for way less but I. An get 2 for £55 which isn't too bad. In this case I had a voucher to use so the tub cost me just over £15. I wanna try mental jewels too. I've heard great things about ritual but £50 for a fancy coffee creamer is just too much.

Well sheeeeeet. Already eaten a huge back of cheesy crisps but hey, I'm not cutting, already eaten 60g of protein today and am about to still eat chicken and rice for lunch. Its just great not having that feeling of not being able to stomach any food at all I was getting within 30 mins of taking havoc. Roll on dirty bulk.

Wow, crazy
Indeed. If anyone is curious as to weather brawn mk is legit then absolutely yes. I may be stopping it though. I have moonface like I've been on two weeks of dbol plus I can feel high blood pressure headaches now and then from all the water retention. The pills are 30mg which is just too high for me so I'm tempted to go to a different brand that does 10mg.

If anyone is curious as to what they would look like with nitrogen retention in all the right places I recommend taking these for 4 days. I started last Sunday and I'm nearly 12 lbs up now. Diet hasn't been too crazy but you do get carb cravings so when I had a cheat day I went pretty mental with it.

I may try and stick it out for at least the week to see if the pressure feeling subsides. Maybe Drink more water.

Lost some definition on it but the weight goes on in all the right places, shoulders chest arms and upper back. I have tops that were just right a week ago that don't fit me now.

Brawn is legit. Their oral trest gave me tits.

25 mg (not brawn) gave me lethargy and some bloat at first. But within a week I was back to normal. I just run 20 mg nightly now and no issues.

Before I stop it I'm gonna try night time/evening dosing. I've noticed I don't feel bad in the morning after so most of the worst sides semm to be in the 4 to 6 hours after taking.

Either I keep getting fake MK, or it just does not put water weight on me lol.
Seriously try brawn. I used Ripped Labz mk when recovering from surgery last year. 25mg, didn't feel anything but a bit of extra cravings, could have been placebo. This stuff is off the charts. There is no way I can placebo 14 lbs weight gain in 6 days.

Def not placebo. I don't have any appetite increase either.. sigh.

When I used it last year I was on an extremely low carb diet. I would notice I would get light headed dizzyness like hypoglycemic feelings which I translated as carb cravings cos eating a sugary snack would make them go away. I know your supposed to stay away from mk if your diabetic so it must screw with blood sugar or something. Having said that the minimal carbs at the time may explain why I didn't blow up the same since the body gets most of its bloat from carbohydrates.
