i just bought xtend, kwick carb (wms), on whey and horsepower (on sale at local nutrition shop) and wondered how to dose them. i planned on sipping 3-4 scoop of xtend during workout, 2 scoop of xtend, 1 scoop of HP and around 30g of WMS PWO then 15 min later 2 scoops of ONs Whey. what you guys think of that???
