I was planning on running a cycle to improve my speed/strength, without getting bigger, I'm at about 6% body fat and can't afford to cut much more fat. In regards to my goals, I was wondering which one to use, I keep hearing winny, I also hear that it dries out your joints and makes them stiffer, I was wondering if the stiffness in my joints would improve my running somehow. As you probably know anvar does quite the opposite and is said to help joints. So my question is, which one should I use, or is another choice superior?
