winny infection

Yesterday i used a local winny inyection on my biceps,now the winny is stopped in my arm and all my bicep is too inflamed,what can i do? i use an antibiotic cream and ibuprophene but i have a contest next week and i am too afraid.....
 
Winstrol is one of the easier anabolics to get an infection with due to the fact its suspended in water...

If in fact you do have an infection, your only recourse is to get a strong antibiotic like levaquin and get it taken care of....abcesses are absolutely a legit major concern.

GO to the DOCTOR. Screw the contest, if your dang arm falls off, how well will you compete then?
