you are correct, VITAL1TY contains 400mg of soy derived PS. This ingredient serves a multitude of purposes especially when stacked with the new CONQU3R.

Stacking VITAL1TY with CONQU3R pre-workout will provide yet another synergistic effect. Phosphatidylserine found in VITAL1TY and 'x' found in CONQU3R were found to decrease post-workout mood disturbance and the perception of post-workout fatigue in users stacking the two ingredients. VITAL1TY contains the full 400mg of PS used in a study which resulted in users at the conclusion of the two week study showing a significant decrease in pre-post exercise perception of fatigue and mood disturbance.

In a recent study conducted by researchers at the University of Mississippi it was concluded that Phosphatidylserine greatly attenuates cortisol and increases testosterone after fifteen minutes of exercise when compared to the control group. Yes all of this is great!

In addition, one of the very reasons this was chosen is that it was also shown to increase mTOR signaling in the same study that was done on PA. PS was included in this due to its ability to help attenuate mental fatigue when taken in conjunction with caffeine. Putting PS in VITAL1TY should help to mitigate any perceived "crash" effects post exercise as well. These are all things that are being taken into consideration with the formulation of these products.

Also, keep this in mind guys, this is really just the start of what we're going to be offering. Phosphatidic Acid is a very popular ingredient currently. We specifically opted for PS over PA in this incidence due to how it could be dosed, it's benefits with such use AND it's ability to increase mTOR signaling. Rest assured that if you are hoping to see PA in an OL product there is a good possibility that you will be happy with upcoming releases.

Bioperine wasn't ever put up for guessing, so as far I know it wouldn't count. I also remember talking to OL and we decided Bioperine wouldn't be a guessed ingredient but he may change that.
 
All good. Given the lack of rules initially laid out I didn't know if my guess would actually be respected. Obviously the free for all nature wasn't exactly your intention.

I still to this day am completely dumbfounded when someone says they don't like creatine lol!

The ingredients in Vitality are staple type ingredient which everyone may or may not want to use or see in a preworkout. They should be used on a chronic/daily basis, whereas CONQU3R is formulated to be the hardest acute hitting pre on the market. For people wanting to combine both there is certain synergy as highlighted in the writeup however we let the masses ultimately make that decision. Both will be aggressively priced as well.

Buy both

Add both to one tub

Problem solved.
