Oh yeah feeling stellar this week so far! Taking radiate in the morning fasted really does change the way I feel throughout the day lol. I don't want to rely on it, but damn do I have good productive days on it!

Worked out with a friend I met for the first time in person today. We have been playing games together for around 9 months online. He plays D2 football at a college 45 min away and was on his way back up to school and he stopped to workout with me. Working out with a 295lb D-lineman was quite fun haha. We pushed each other hard and it was a killer workout!

BMP I have ran solo before and notice good pumps and recomp effects.

X gels so far I would say was lackluster, until this week. I have been getting crazy good pumps in!

ABE.. Well I'm up 5lb on scale currently and my appetite is really solid. I'm damn near always hungry after breaking my fast up until the moment I go to bed.

Yeah I'm hoping so too. Part of me wants to bump to 1.5g last bottle but I'll give the 50 workouts at 1g a full run first.

I am noticing a bit of lethargy though which not positive what that's from. Potentially not being as strict on diet has caused it. Also been a little weak on the micros throughout the week.

Joints have been okay for the most part. A little worse after days of being chair locked at work, but I always get bad after that. As far as knees and shoulders, they are actually improving in mobility which is opposite of what I thought. I had rotator cuff issues on my right shoulder which are still there, but fixing my form and the supps/cals seem to be helping.

After the run I'm going to run PES joint support just to try and clear everything up but same time I don't want to just 'mask' the problem.

I'll prob take a mini break from some supps and just rock e9 and a pwo for a bit after this run. Been going hard on the stim and supp overload haha
 
Maybe you are in need of a deload week? Your total load has increased. those compound lift gains! Have you tried cissus? I find that it helps me heal not just mask it. Every time i increase load on lifts i feel my joints start hurting. Right elbow (bench) and left glute and groin area or pectineus muscle (squats)

Yup my issues are left groin and right shoulder. I also have some underlying issues. I broke all 3 bones in my right leg back in 4th grade and it grew back an inch longer than my left. I compensate with a lift in my left shoe but never fully fixes it cuz I'm not always in shoes. I try and avoid walking around in flip flops due to this and mobility / lack of foot drag, but what can I say I love myself some flip flops come summer time ha.

Yup the PES joint support does have cissus I believe. I got a bogo deal on it previously so saving to run that once done with x gels. Don't want any interference!

As far as deload goes, I had almost a full week off of training 4 weeks ago so not sure. I am feeling better this week. No coincidence my diet has been better too.
 
Oh wow dude on that right leg. Nice to see that you still push through with training. Yea give the PES joint support a run after the x-gels and it has a great dosage. That's how much I take when I supplement with cissus.

Yep definitely annoying with the leg but it's okay. Broke tibia in 2 spots, fibula In 1, and femur in 1. Surgery and 6 months in wheelchair in 4th grade was a rough time. Fell hopping over to the drinking fountain after 19 weeks in a cast from toe to hip and had to get it reset. They stuck a wedge in my leg and cranked until it broke again lol it was literal 10 year old torture. Ha

Lol that's intense! I usually buy cissus on its own and would dose 1600 mg post workout (i workout first thing in the morning) and 1600mg at night. I would eventually taper off to 1600mg post and 800mg at night when i felt a bit better and then maintain at 1600mg post only. I am not sure if it matters though.

One of my team mates dads was a doctor and built a splint out of peoples skin guards and shoe laces to stabilize my leg until the ER came. The snaps were so loud all 6 fields stopped playing and came over to see what happened. Was a crazy year to say the least lol. Thank God for halo and Xbox!! Haha

Going to have my gf take some pics this weekend (no pump). I suck at taking pictures of back while trying to flex it properly too, let alone even know how to flex it correctly

Solid workouts thurs/fri, followed by a horrible weekend of eating! haha. Didn't get any pictures simply because I wasn't feeling my best look. I am struggling with the extra calories and carbs since it makes me feel pudgy and just not as lean and ripped as I have been. That's okay though, getting stronger and adding size to then cut and show off all the goods :)

Hoping for a solid week! Might deload, just depends on how today goes and if the squats are feeling good. I will finish bottle 1 of X-Gels today. Should I stay at 1g for bottle 2 or bump to 1.5g? hmm

Yeahh!!!! So fricken pumped. I met an army vet last night, easily the biggest / strongest guy in my gym and asked him to spot me on squat. I also told him to feel free to critique my squat form. He warned me that he is pretty ruthless when it comes to form, but I said thats what I need and I want to get better. Well.. lift off completely changed after working with him, as well as my stance. I used to do the 1 leg in front 1 leg in back lift off. Now I am doing both feet under, back perpendicular to the ground, hips rotated forward, and 3 steps and big breath. He told me if I take 3 steps and feel off, re-rack and restart. Anyways, after a few sets of the 300, he said lets go for 315 as he thought I could do it. Well I did, with a tinyyyy bit of help on the 3rd rep just at the bottom. I got much deeper; ass to grass damn near on my squat with this stance, and a lot more glute activation as well.
He also checked out my deadlift form (he just got done DL'ing 600 for reps.. lol). He said it was really good actually, but I was using my back much more than my legs. This was my design though, as I am trying to get that f'er to grow! But I learned how to load my hammies better by 'popping' the bar after I grip, and then sitting back on my hammies to load them.

Overall, great day, met a nice guy, and motivation through the roof. Also, through my first pouch of BMP, bottle of X-gels, and bottle of ABE. Really hoping this next bottle of each and pouch of BMP take me to the next level!

Yeah man meso is awesome haha. It really gets me going regardless of the day I am having prior. However, when I take it too late in the day my sleep has been getting later and later.

I just found some off the chain aminos for $11 a tub.. Might jump on that bcaa w/ dmaa train for that price haha.

I've only tried pink lemomade, blue rasp, green jolly rancher, & rocket pop..
Go with green! I love it so much it's in the back of my cupboard saving it and only dipped in to it a handful of times
 
that's awesome! One thing i always wished is to have a legit training buddy (not a partner just someone to bounce ideas and occasionally work out with/spot) who knows something.

Yeah it definitely makes a difference! I don't mind partners on some days too, it speeds up my workout and allows me to go harder with that safety net of a spotter. I've only really lifted with my brother and roommate in the past (post high school)

Well I did 265 and it was kind of hard. Then I did 275 and it was ridiculously easy 285 was my highest in high school iirc, so I just tried 290. I didn't get it, but I was close lol.

I did get it after though (the 290) using Mark bells slingshot, and it alleviated all my shoulder pain. I am tempted to get it. I'm not counting it as my 1rm though because im pretty sure pros don't get to use slingshots ;)

But for the health of my shoulders, I might get one lol. For fun I did 11 reps of 225 after benching sooooo much yesterday ha.

Im currently having some shoulder issues myself and ahve basically abandoned flat and incline altogether as well as OHP. sucks but ive made plenty of progress in the past without these so I know how to work around them

Yeah haha that's why I counted the 275

I don't feel the pain on OHP, only on benching movements, primarily BP and Incline as well. Decline I do feel it as well but not as much. Sucks because it's only 1 shoulder. I feel like it started when I did chest dips, probably because I was doing it wrong. Unsure to he honest, but I haven't done them in a while in hopes it eventually gets better. Ha

Good workout! My back is toasted this week. Between deadlifts on Monday, Power Upper Tuesday, and then smashing back Wednesday, I'm cooked. My body is so sore and I just want to sleep in every day. I guess the soreness and tiredness means things are working though :) Excited for legs today and to try out REIGNNNNN!!!

OL RE1GN Review:

Alright ya’ll, the highly anticipated RE1GN is now in my hands and I gotta say the first impression is an interesting one for me, but overall pretty darn great. 2 scoops down the shoot. I’ll break it down based on the following: Taste, Mixability, Energy, Endurance, Pump, Focus, Other.
Taste – 2.5/5:
So for the taste I was really hoping for something delicious as the video I watched of the OL guys sampling each one made it sound like they are awesome. I have only tried one flavor, so I am not sure how the others are. I will review the taste of IseeFury tomorrow. The taste was pretty bland. I had ‘Mountain Dew Baja Blast’ in my mind prior to drinking it, due to the color and also because that’s what one of the OL guys said. After taking my first sip, I wasn’t a big fan. However, looking back it wasn’t difficult to drink at all, and went down really smooth. For me, it just didn’t have the flavor profile I was looking for. It was one bland taste the whole way through. Chug and shrug.

Mixability – 5/5:
Absolutely no clumping or floaty issues. It did ‘foam’ for a second on the top, just as TR1UMPH does for me, but quickly goes away. I think triumph’s is due to the PA though, which is not present here. Super smooth and easy to drink.

Energy – 5/5:
Wow. Honestly, I haven’t had this sort of energy in a while. It’s a different sort of energy than something like Mesomorph. Meso hits be quick and gives me a euphoric feeling, that eventually dwindles and makes me feel pretty ‘meh’. RE1GN makes me feel literally insane. The energy, within 30 seconds of it hitting my belly, was already there. It just kept ramping up and ramping up as the workout went on. I felt like puking during my warm up the energy was so present. My palms were sweaty within a few minutes at most, body got a little bit warmer, and the focus was real. I couldn’t wait to get to the gym. It was as antsy as I have been in a long time! I took 2 scoops at 5pm (I know, silly to take them that late; but I don’t have to be up early or anything and I had to try it at full scoop) and am still feeling it at 9:30pm.
Endurance – 5/5:
My sets were awesome today. I trained legs and did extra reps with every movement. I even added weight to a lot of my workout just because my usual weights were feeling lighter than normal. It was one of my better workouts in a while.

Pump – 5/5:
My legs were so swollen today that I was having trouble even bending my knees. At times, the pump was so real I was getting a little freaked out because my legs weren’t working properly. After drop-setting quads and hams, I had a difficult time walking. I am so so excited to give this a try on chest/arms day

Focus – 5/5:
I was in the zone from the get go, including my drive to the gym. Music sounded better, body had goosebumps, and I couldn’t wait to get there. Thankfully the drive is short otherwise I may have lost it, ha. When I got there, I chatted for a minute or two with a few buddies I know, and then jumped right into my workout. From there, it was game over, I was in the zone and crushing sets. I did spend some time on AM inbetween sets, but I typically do. Typing replies was difficult as my hands felt heavy and a little fidgety; but even so, I could feel the focus even in the messages I was typing.

Other – 3/5:
I know it doesn’t make sense rating other, but this is my take on psychological feeling. Just overall on how I felt taking it and what I didn’t like. This won’t show in the overall, but I figured I’d grade it anyways. 2 scoops is too much for me, coming from someone who uses a lot of stims. I have no problems taking 2 scoops of Radiate, minus sweating a little, but RE1GN made me sweat just as much. I *think* there is some Yohimbe or some extract of it in here. I got cold sweats mid sets, goosebumps all workout long. When I really started to think it had Yohimbe in it, is when I was taking a hot shower afterwards and still had goosebumps / felt cold. Four and a half hours later and I am still feeling energy coming on. That is personally just a little too much for me. I think 1 scoop to 1.5 scoops will be my sweet spot. I will have to play around with it and find out.

Overall – 4.6/5:
It’s everything they said it was, but I am still curious if they will announce what Stim-X is. It surpassed some expectactions that I had, but really fell for me in the taste department. I am hoping giving the tub a nice shake will change that up, or the other flavors are superior. Not a supplement that taste will me from taking due to taste by any means though. The benefits far outweigh that for me. Good job OL.

OL RE1GN Review:

Alright ya’ll, the highly anticipated RE1GN is now in my hands and I gotta say the first impression is an interesting one for me, but overall pretty darn great. 2 scoops down the shoot. I’ll break it down based on the following: Taste, Mixability, Energy, Endurance, Pump, Focus, Other.
Taste – 2.5/5:
So for the taste I was really hoping for something delicious as the video I watched of the OL guys sampling each one made it sound like they are awesome. I have only tried one flavor, so I am not sure how the others are. I will review the taste of IseeFury tomorrow. The taste was pretty bland. I had ‘Mountain Dew Baja Blast’ in my mind prior to drinking it, due to the color and also because that’s what one of the OL guys said. After taking my first sip, I wasn’t a big fan. However, looking back it wasn’t difficult to drink at all, and went down really smooth. For me, it just didn’t have the flavor profile I was looking for. It was one bland taste the whole way through. Chug and shrug.

Mixability – 5/5:
Absolutely no clumping or floaty issues. It did ‘foam’ for a second on the top, just as TR1UMPH does for me, but quickly goes away. I think triumph’s is due to the PA though, which is not present here. Super smooth and easy to drink.

Energy – 5/5:
Wow. Honestly, I haven’t had this sort of energy in a while. It’s a different sort of energy than something like Mesomorph. Meso hits be quick and gives me a euphoric feeling, that eventually dwindles and makes me feel pretty ‘meh’. RE1GN makes me feel literally insane. The energy, within 30 seconds of it hitting my belly, was already there. It just kept ramping up and ramping up as the workout went on. I felt like puking during my warm up the energy was so present. My palms were sweaty within a few minutes at most, body got a little bit warmer, and the focus was real. I couldn’t wait to get to the gym. It was as antsy as I have been in a long time! I took 2 scoops at 5pm (I know, silly to take them that late; but I don’t have to be up early or anything and I had to try it at full scoop) and am still feeling it at 9:30pm.
Endurance – 5/5:
My sets were awesome today. I trained legs and did extra reps with every movement. I even added weight to a lot of my workout just because my usual weights were feeling lighter than normal. It was one of my better workouts in a while.

Pump – 5/5:
My legs were so swollen today that I was having trouble even bending my knees. At times, the pump was so real I was getting a little freaked out because my legs weren’t working properly. After drop-setting quads and hams, I had a difficult time walking. I am so so excited to give this a try on chest/arms day

Focus – 5/5:
I was in the zone from the get go, including my drive to the gym. Music sounded better, body had goosebumps, and I couldn’t wait to get there. Thankfully the drive is short otherwise I may have lost it, ha. When I got there, I chatted for a minute or two with a few buddies I know, and then jumped right into my workout. From there, it was game over, I was in the zone and crushing sets. I did spend some time on AM inbetween sets, but I typically do. Typing replies was difficult as my hands felt heavy and a little fidgety; but even so, I could feel the focus even in the messages I was typing.

Other – 3/5:
I know it doesn’t make sense rating other, but this is my take on psychological feeling. Just overall on how I felt taking it and what I didn’t like. This won’t show in the overall, but I figured I’d grade it anyways. 2 scoops is too much for me, coming from someone who uses a lot of stims. I have no problems taking 2 scoops of Radiate, minus sweating a little, but RE1GN made me sweat just as much. I *think* there is some Yohimbe or some extract of it in here.
