Another good day. I really want to get my diet better. Most of my carbs have come from twix lately lol. Now that being said I only had about 100g of carbs today and around 250 g protein.
I started with a 20 min cardio session this morning before work. After work I started with 15 of intense cardio. After that I demolished my legs. Started with isolating the quads with leg extensions did about 15 sets of these. Then went on to but tons of compound lifts. I ended with a 45 min cardio session.
I think if I can get my diet better I can make some good improvements. Vascularity is looking better everyday and my stomach is getting smaller. It appears that my chest is getting Thicker at the same time as well.
