Wilpit Test out TestoPro, 6 pack coming

Another good day. I really want to get my diet better. Most of my carbs have come from twix lately lol. Now that being said I only had about 100g of carbs today and around 250 g protein.

I started with a 20 min cardio session this morning before work. After work I started with 15 of intense cardio. After that I demolished my legs. Started with isolating the quads with leg extensions did about 15 sets of these. Then went on to but tons of compound lifts. I ended with a 45 min cardio session.

I think if I can get my diet better I can make some good improvements. Vascularity is looking better everyday and my stomach is getting smaller. It appears that my chest is getting Thicker at the same time as well.
 
Yesterday I was very busy and only had time to get an ab workout in during my lunch break at work. Today I hit Chest. Bad diet and no cardio last couple days but I'm maintaining. Diet is not horrible just to many cookies lol. I can see a 4 pack but that is it. I can't seem to rip up but that's due to a non consistent diet,

It can be hard man! Keep at it, you are already a beast. Have you tried something like Raspberry Ketones or African Mango to maybe help a bit? Or (TTA) I love TTA to help lose some of the fat! You'll have to get it soon though as the Big Pharma is looking to take it over for themselves!

I have not tried any of those for help. I'll look into them today and perhaps order something. I'm becoming very unmotivated but I think it's mainly bc of how much I have been working lately and just busy overall. I won't lose focus I'll just have less time for my cardio session. Thanks for the advice.

Not a problem, the TTA you can buy in bulk or you can hunt down some DCP but you need to make sure it's the version that has TTA in it! I actually bought just over a kilo of it as I know that it's going to be going bye bye to a couple pharmaceutical companies soon.
 
Diet today was ok, I am getting motivated again. Went and did a heavy back day. Highlight of the day was 500lb Deadlifts for 3, last set and 200 lb DB bent over rows for sets of 8 for my last set. I also started the workout with over 100 pull ups and did a large array of exercises for back. I also hit abs today. No cardio at all today. I will pick cardio back up tomorrow. Work has been crazy so that is messing up everything.

I want to add that I haven't seen much side affects. I see no increase in acne but my wife says I have some extra hair on my back that wasn't there before.

Rededicated myself today to my diet lol. I had a good diet day and able to Get some cardio in as well. I was able to get my shoulders and traps in. I did this high volume, reps between 20 and 10. I started with 20 min high intensity Cardio before my workout and ended with 20 min moderate cardio at the end.

I am weighing Around 208 pounds right now and my abs are hiding. Vacation in 2 weeks lets see what I can do. And my back is crazy sore today from yesterday's workout.

Well the 500 lb deads mixed with the heavy T bar rows has my lower back tight. But I think those 200lb rows did the most damage. Well I started with 150lb DB rows for 15 and worked my way up to 200lbs and went no lower then 8 reps. Back day is my favorite but prob my hardest.

Sounds like it John almost all the supplements companies have pulled it from their products. I think its like glaxo-smith or something that has been testing using it.

Today was another good diet day. I woke up early and did about 17 minutes of running hills before work. After work I went to the gym and just did a 10 minute sprint session to warm up. I did 1.5 miles in 10 min and about 2 seconds. After that I had a great bicep and tricep workout. It was intense had a great sweat and the pumps were intense. I did not have enough time for a long Ab workout. I did however get about a 12 minute ab circuit in. Overall good day. Carbs are very low today although I did not count. Only carbs today were from green beans and fiber supplements And my protein is up around 250.

Great day! Keep it up. I have a hard time doing low carb consistently. I get to the point where I get cranky and really start to crave them.

Today was a leg day. I woke up early and
Did a 10 min walk on the treadmill
Before work. After work I did 30 min of
Intense cardio. I started with a 1.5 run, I completed that in 10:14 min. The rest of the 30 min cardio session was at a moderate to
Heavy jog. Once this ended I was drenched in sweat and feeling good. I went on to kill my legs. I pre exhausted quads with leg extensions. I did about 12 sets with reps as high as 40 And no lower then 10. I went all the way up to the rack of 290 lbs plus the 15 lbs additional weight, so total of 305 lbs then of course I dropped set after that for an extra burn. I performed some hack squats after this, iso one leg leg press, extra deep slow squats, leg curls, leg abductors and adductors and finished with lunges. After this I did 20 min more of Cardio. It was a great day hope I keep it up.

Vascularity is better everyday, forearms pop
Veins, abs when they are showing appear
To be popping more as well. Pumps are crazy right now and my body is really responding to my workouts. I'm liking the product. Only about 1.5 weeks left on this product and a little upset I wasn't focused the entire time with my diet.

Diet and rest play such a HUGE role in the body and physique... really focus on diet and you will see some amazing transformations!
 
Really haven't had time to log. I hit chest yesterday and had a great day. Last set of flat bench was 315 for a clean 5 reps. Then grabbed the 110 DB after that and banged out 3 sets to failure. Hit decline and incline as well as cable flys and pullovers. Today I worked a 16 hour day and I am now at the gym about to hit back. Dist has been clean. Need to get my protein up though.
 
Ok last night I had a great back workout after a 16 hour work day. I went to my gym at work so I decided to giant set everything. I did a couple circuits last night. I put 225 lbs on a barbell and performed sets of 15 for Deadlifts, then I went straight to standing rows using the cables, then back to the 225 for barbell rows. I did this circuit for about 5 sets. Then I went to 1 arm DB rows with the 100's, lat pull downs, and then DB rows with the 100's but with both hands, I did this circuit for about 5 sets as well. I started my workout with over 100 pull ups and also some heavy cable lat pulls ( not sure what it is called, cables at high position on both ends, then I bring them in to my body getting a good burn in my lats) I ended my workout how i started with another circuit of Pull ups, the cable lat pulls, and lat pull downs. This was about a 1 hour workout, and it was a Good burn. Today I had a rest day but did take a 4 mile walk with the wife and kid so that's something. Cheated a little today with some ice cream and fries but nothing to crazy. Oh and watermelon. A couple days left of the testopro and I'm feeling good, I feel bigger,
I feel leaner, and I think If I was focused for this entire run I would have had some greater results but I think by the time I take the end photos there will be a definite difference.

Good day, diet tight but did splurge on dark chocolate and whole almonds. Did 50 min cardio in the morning. Went to the gym in the afternoon, did 15 min cardio high intensity. Then hit shoulders and abs. Finally through in DB shoulder press. Went up to 110 lb DB for 8. Not bad for the first time in months. Shoulders have been bad. Also did tons of shrugs with the 150 DB. Killed abs. Feeling good. With proper diet and good work out sessions the Testopro shines. I feel big, strong, and starting to see more definition when I'm pumped in the gym. Pumps are getting better too. Only a couple days left.

I just started back on low carb yesterday, definitely feeling the effects, lol. 30 carbs all day.

Yea those are low carbs. That's usually how low I keep my carbs for days on end. It works
 
Not as ripped as I want to be but I'm slowly getting there. I feel great though. My energy level in the gym is extremely high and I'm on no pre's. I started my workout with heavy cardio. I did 1.5 miles in 10:06 then continues and did 3 miles in 21:04 then slowed it down and finished 4 miles in just under 30 min. These are great times in my opinion for someone who is not a
Runner. Not to mention I woke up early and did a 18 min cardio session. After all the cardio I went straight to bicep and triceps. I killed biceps. Went up to 145 lbs for 8 with barbell curls, then up to 80lb DB on hammer curls and 60lb DB on standing alternating curls. Then hit heavy cable
Hercules curls and some two arm cable
Curls from bottom position. Finished with rope cable hammer curls. Then went to triceps, went semi heavy for triceps and hit tricep extensions, skull crushers, DB Kick Backs, one arm reverse cable pull downs, and finished with more tricep extensions. I finished with 20 min of more cardio. Diet today had been good. Of course
I cheated a little with a couple coconut cookies, I love coconut cookies lol.

A couple days left Of testopro and I feel great. Once again I will say being mentally and physically squared away while on this product is great. I feel so many more effects from this product lately. Mainly more energy even on low carbs, crazy pumps and vascularity, and def cutting up from where I was a couple weeks ago.

Libido: haven't talked about this but I have been consistently going strong. Having extra long sessions without alcohol in my system lol.

Yeah I do appear flat most of the day. But when I'm pumped I actually look more ripped and lean. Also, as soon as I do have some carbs my vascularity shows more and I round out nicely

Agreed. Look so much better after a work out than early AM.
 
Another good day. Only had about an hour and 15 to workout today bc I had an overtime
Gig. I banged out legs and abs. Went in with the sweat pants and hoodie ready to do work. Didn't go to crazy, went up to 405 on squat for a set of only 6. Threw some Front squats in, leg press, machine leg press, leg ab- and ad-(ductors), lunges and leg curls and extensions. Overall good day. No time For Cardio but did 15 min in the morning. Had a bad late night meal of wings but it's all I had. Back at it tomorrow.
 
Doing well diet is not super clean but it's not bad. I will be going to the beach this weekend along with cookouts. That may cause a problem. I actually have a couple days of
Testopro left, I forgot a split some of the pills up into another container.

Hit chest and cardio yesterday. Lowered my 1.5 mile run down to 9:40 and I was very sore as well when I did this. So I think this can attest to my endurance getting better with testopro. I started with 30 min cardio, hit chest, then ended with 20 min cardio. Chest was flat bench BB then flat bench DB, incline DB, decline HS machine, cable crossovers top position, bottom position, and mid point. Did DB pull overs, HS bench, Dips, as pushups. Had a great burn.

Not good due to a Cookout but I didn't go

I noticed a couple pimples here and there on testopro than normal.

something I am trying for appetite suppression i read about in Chris Acetos everything you wanted to know about fat loss book is 5-htp before bed. The serotonin supposed to help cravings and reduce appetite.
 
I'll have to check that out bc I get bad late night cravings. I'm all done with testopro. I'll be posting my final pics and review this week.
 
Final Review:

First off I want to thank John Smeton and AI Sports Nutrition for the opportunity to run 2 bottles TestoPro. Goal was to get ripped.

Weights:
Start 208
Midway 214-216
Finish 199

Overall: 8/10 I really enjoyed using this product and have seen great results from it. I will take blame for not following a good diet for most of the time I have logged this product. But over the last several weeks I have had amazing results when coupled with a diet and good workout program. I think my results could have been Better but that's due to my own fault. But I would def use this product again.

Strength: 8/10 I don't feel like I got stronger on this product but I know for the fact that I did not lose strength. I went Into a very low carb diet and for about a week my strength dropped but the Testopro got me back in the game. I was still Repping out 315 on bench, 500 on Deadlifts, and 200lb DB rows.
This was all accomplished with virtually no carbs before workouts and for days on end.

Vascularity: 9/10 on this product my veins are always popping. Especially in the gym. When I'm finished I see veins that I never knew existed in my forearms and even calves.

Muscle building:8/10 , muscle was not the goal for this trial but I do feel like I have Gained some. I feel like my rear delts are bigger as well as my traps and back.

Weight loss: 9/10 my diet sucked as previously stated but I def buckled down the last couple weeks and saw great results. I started at around 208 and finished at 199, and those 11 pounds were lost in the last month. Actually more then that bc my diet was so bad I was up to around 214-216. So great results with weight loss.

Pump: 9/10 I achieved a great pump on this product. Within the first 10 minutes of my workout I was feeling deep burns in the target muscle group.

Performance: 10/10 I had hardly been aggressively running but I started to about 3 weeks ago. I dropped my 1.5 mile time down from over 11 min down to 9:21. So def great results there.

Libido: 9/10 well I'm always ready to go so that Did not change. I will say that I had added stamina from this product. Actually to long sometimes lol.

Goal was to get ripped for
My beach trip and I am more ripped then I was. So good job overall I would say. 3 hours until I'm in south beach.

you look great bro. 11 lbs is a lot to lose in one month -definitely some of that was muscle, unless it was water weight, which makes me think it was muscle.
