Wilpit Test out TestoPro, 6 pack coming

I think the biggest thing right now with the Testopro has been putting on size. I have put on weight due to a bad diet and vacations but usually I get sloppy in a short period of time. As you can see in the pic I still have good definition, my shoulders appear bigger to me and more rounded in the last month since I've been taking testopro. Now my midsection is a mess lol but my traps, shoulders, and biceps look improved. My biceps are a real hard area for me and I see a small change in them.

My vascularity is also still good even though I put on weight, you can see some veins popping out in my forearms too, my vascularity is usually quick to go away once I start a bad diet. Now that I'm focused I am anxious to see how I can use this product to cut down and keep my mass.

Overall I think testopro has helped me maintain a muscular physique throughout all of my hard times with diet and workouts. I know it seems like a couple weeks of bad diets and workouts isnt a big deal but my body is very finicky and changed daily with every meal. I get fat and sloppy quick, it's like a bad joke from God, lol. I have been getting compliments on looking bigger as well.

yeah I agree its easy to notice even a half pr one pound of body fat when really look lean. I think carb cycleing when I go moderate or high then go low a couple or few days tends to help remove the excess bloat in the stomach area and help keep my muscle. Hope you get your testopro bottle soon

Today was a perfect diet and workout day in my opinion. I woke up early and did a 15 minute cardio session to start the day before work.
I kept a great diet during work with no cheats. After work I started my workout with a 45 minute crazy intense spinning class. I love these classes and it was my first one in a couple years. I think I may keep doing these for cardio sessions. After this I went to legs and my legs were already burning from my workout.

Today was another excellent day. I had a good diet and great workout.

I woke up early and did a 15 min HIIT cardio session. Went to work and did not cheat on my diet. After work I went to the gym and did a chest workout. Consisted of flat barbell bench, barbell incline bench, hammer machine decline, cable crossovers from high position and again from low
Position, DB pullovers superset with incline dumbbell press, then dips superset with incline pushups. I did everything for a minimum of 4 sets. Flat bench I only hit 315 for 3. I think I'm weaker for 2 reasons, 1 lower carb diet and 2 my arms are completely dead from Monday's workout. But I feel good. After that hour or chest workout I did about 25 min of weighted abs. Finished with a 45 min spinning session. Those spinning classes are crazy cardio.

Random pic of the day. I smashed my foot with a 45lb plate. Vibrams didn't help to much. You can see the blood starting to seep through. Once the feeling came back to my toe I realized it was nothing but a flesh wound.

Lol, yeah I do the same thing, peanut butter and honey though. But I always eat way way to much lol.

Did 1 hour trap and shoulders and about 20 min weighted abs. Shoulders was a good day did everyday fast pace with short rest. Did about 10 different shoulder Exercises along with 2 trap exercises. After this I did 50 min intense cardio on the treadmill.

I want to note that while taking testopro last month with a higher calorie and carb diet it worked very well for building strength. Now that I have depleted my carb storage and my calorie intake is much lower on a constant bases I can't perform the same weight as I did last month. I think this is a good testimony for the strength gain potential this product has. I think Once my body gets used to the low calories and carbs my strength may come back up. We shall see.

Diet was good but I did do some light snaking while at a Greek festival. This snacking will ad some calories and carbs that are not represented below.

Update for the weekend: yesterday I did a double gym day. I hit biceps for 40 min during my lunch break and then after work I went to the gym again. I started with 40 minutes of assorted intense cardio. After that I completed a 30 min tricep workout and added some Hercules curls to hit biceps again.

I had a crazy pump during this workout and I have had a good pump the last couple days, I think the "pumping" properties of this product are starting to come in.
 
Today was not a good diet day but it wasn't bad. I didn't bother calculating anything but I know
I def had between 250-300 g of protein. I skipped cardio today but did 1 hour of a leg day. It was a good day overall. Fat loss begins again tomorrow.
 
Another good diet day but not enough protein due to being lazy. I did have two
Gym sessions today. Hit chest and abs in one
Session and came back later for a 45 minute spinning class. My strength is still not
Up, I only hit 315 today for 3 when I was getting it for 6 a couple weeks ago. I'm hoping to
Start seeing some ab definition by the end of this weekend, so within in the week.

Today I started strong. I woke up and did 15 min of HIIT. Then at work I kept a semi tight diet but I had a
Spurt where I ate a lot of mini twix and snickers. I finished work and did a 20 min cardio session in which I went to a 4 floor garage and ran up an down mixing up running up and down the ramps and the stairs. After this I went to the gym and hit back. My lower back still hurts so I did DB Deadlifts using 100lb DB. I superset these with hammer machine high pulls. I also hit over 100 pull ups, several sets of wide and close grip lay pull downs, did heavy one arm barbell row (t bar position), and heavy t bar rows. I finished with low pulley machine and a variation of different cable rows for lats. It was an intense back workout And I had a great pump. I then went and did an equally intense spin class. Well I just ate some home made peanut butter and jelly short bread, so that ruined my diet day. I'll get back at it
Tomorrow.

I want to add that I have recently been using my recoverpro samples. This product is great. It mixes very well and the taste is def the BEST tasting product I've taste for any body building supp. I have had the lemonade and red raspberry flavors. I have been taking the recover pro after my lifting sessions to give me energy for my spinning classes. This product has enabled me to really push through these classes and def gives me new energy reserves for the classes.

Its really good that your keeping track of your diet. most people think that its all about just lifting, but diet plays a huge role in seeing gains.

low carbs. On lower carb days I would up protein to 1.5 maybe up to 1.8 grams of lean body mass. It really does make a big difference. That said, when carbs are high protein needs to be a bit lower, as carbs retard muscle breakdown and the extra protein can actually hinder fatloss!

keep up the great work I like how you count your calories every. Been doing that myself for over five years now. and counting protein for like ten

I would def like to get my carbs lower to be honest but I don't know If that is necessary bc I am seeing myself rip up more with the carbs I have now. I don't want to sacrifice muscle. I would like to get my protein at 1.5g everyday which will put me at 300 but it's hard on busy days. Lastly, I am ashamed to say that I didn't know that the higher carbs with high protein can hinder fat loss. I'll keep all this in mind. Thanks
 
Well yesterday I Was Busy and Could not
Get my meals in. So protein was To low.
I hit 15 min HIIT cardio in the morning and then after work I ran outside for 20 minutes. Ran through parking Garages and up and down stairs, also through in some Sprints. I banged out a good bicep and tricep workout, the pumps
Just Keep getting Better with this product. It's
Usually hard for me to Get a good pump on arm days, but I'm feeling it Now. After arms I did another 45 spin class.

Been busy but I have been In the gym and keeping up with my diet and cardio, today and the next few days may be bad diet days. I have a lot of things to do including cook outs, I'm def looking leaner though, vascularity is looking good, and my workouts always have good pumps.
 
It's always a good sign if you can even just maintain through these sorts of weekends, lol.

I'm trying man. Ive been so back and forth with trying to lean out for this summer. I'm motivated now and hoping I can make quick changed in the next 3 weeks. Those low calories did suck but I wasn't to effected by it bc I was working long days and in the sun and was to busy to notice how hungry I really was lol.

That's a good Score man and lol hope you can swim. Problem with the test is that those with military experience get extra points added in most states. So competition gets tough if you don't have any military experience. But you should be good, I made it without military.

Did you have a swim test? You're right I can't swim for jack shyt. I have been practicing. They want me to swim 50 yards in under 2 minutes with clothes on. Did you have to take a written?
Was interviewing tough? Did they pry into your past?

Back at it today. Diet better and in the gym. Monday I went to the gym early and hit abs, shoulders, and traps. Later that day i hit cardio with outside volleyball games. Diet that day sucked. Tuesday I rested and diet was extra horrible. Was in Annapolis those two days for my brothers graduation from the naval academy.

Today I had a good diet day, around 250g of protein and maybe 80g of carbs. I hit 20 min cardio before work, after work hit bicep and tricep and abs, threw in a 45 min spin class. I'm Back at it and hope to keep it up. I look fuller and feel like shoulders are getting wider as well.
