Crossfit
Warmup which had me soaked:
1000 Meters on the row machine: 4:44 minutes 15 minutes straight double under jump roping. Burned.
Workout:
7 minutes as many rounds as possible.
10 burpees (like football "up and downs" with a jump at the top.
10 hanging toes to bar.
Did 5 rounds and 1 burpee in 7 minutes.
Seems easy but it def was not.
Did a lift session after that

Heavy band triceps extensions
100 reps with band, stopped about 5 times in between
Heavy band, hands to face which is for rear delts. 100 reps stopped about 6 times in between.
Great workout overall Diet still not the best but not bad overall...but not good lol
My intensity, strength, and energy are great and this workout def proved that. I was happy with my strict presses and floor press. I was exhausted after my workout but still hit good numbers
