Will trt doctor be suspicious?

Am almost dialed in on my trt after about 6 months . My doctor said after his patients are dialed in he typically performs bloodwork checks every 12 weeks. I like to run 8 week cycles of various compounds (Sarms, prohormones), thus the perfect testing routine would be if he only tested me every 16 weeks. This would allow me sufficient time to run 8 week cycles between bloodwork draws and still take an equal time off of 8 weeks before bloods then start another cycle after each blood draw. Do you think the trt dr. woulf be suspicious if I asked him if he could reduce the tests to once every 16 weeks instead of 12 if i i cited the reason as that since I am an out of pocket payer can’t afford labs every 12 weeks? This sounds like the perfect excuse to me, what do you guys think?
