No you need emulsifying effect of GMS.

You can use either, honestly. You can even use soy lecithin granules as an emulsifier.

Soy lecithin yes but not hydromax. To be used with ara it should have emulsifying properties which is not the case of hydromax.

I was looking at the pump aspect, not for emulsifying (that’s why I mentioned soy lecithin) but yes, if he’s looking for that alone, either SL or Glycerol.

Like said above I would stack with SL or glycerol. I always get great pump and muscle fullness on glycerol.

Drop the GMS for Soy Lecithin. Much more benefits than GMS
