Will HCG work if I am Primary?

I am 54 yrs old with TT at 250, so urologist Rx one tube of Testim 1%. He never tested to determine if I am primary, probably only assumed because of my age.

I am wondering will HCG assist in endogenous production if my testes are no longer functioning as well as they used to?

The only way to know for sure is to test for LH and FSH. If they were low, then maybe HCG could help some.

If you have already used Testim it is to late to test LH and FSH.

But you can still try HCG and see if it will work.
Just remember that doses used for testicle size maintenance, most likely will not be sufficient to stimulate Testosterone production.
