Started off with 7 sets of leg curls - rep range was about 12 to 15 reps with a 2 sec squeeze at the top (worked up to about 150 lbs)
Moved to 5 sets of hack squats (I'm not the biggest fan of our hack machine BUT I like to change leg angles and what not week to week)
Sumo/Goblet Squats with 60 lb dumbbell for 12 reps (4 sets)
Finished up with 7 sets of leg extensions
WILD THING really got the tingles going on. I was focused and in the zone the entire time. Kind of sad because my bottle is almost empty BUT I have enjoyed this wild ride!!!
