Nice back workout and soundtrack:) Glad wild thing did you well once again!
 
Day 17

Day 17

LEGS

Started off with 7 sets of leg curls - rep range was about 12 to 15 reps with a 2 sec squeeze at the top (worked up to about 150 lbs)

Moved to 5 sets of hack squats (I'm not the biggest fan of our hack machine BUT I like to change leg angles and what not week to week)

Sumo/Goblet Squats with 60 lb dumbbell for 12 reps (4 sets)

Finished up with 7 sets of leg extensions

WILD THING really got the tingles going on. I was focused and in the zone the entire time. Kind of sad because my bottle is almost empty BUT I have enjoyed this wild ride!!!

Final Dayz

Whats up everyone!!!

WILD THING has officially come to an end.

Day 18 - Arms

Arms were arms. Non stop pump. I do a LOT of supersets because I feel that in order to get maximum growth you need to fill the whole arm with blood

Started off with skull crushers for 15 super set that with ez bar curls for 15 (5 sets of those, I think it was a total of 75 lbs )

After that it was machine preacher curls superset with dip machine

Rope push downs super set with hammer curls

Got a ton of blood flowing

Day 19 (FINAL DAY) - Shoulders

ALL OUT SHOULDER DESTRUCTION DAY

Pretty much was just a day of heavy weight slanging

I got kind of sad towards the end of my workout because I knew WILD THING had come to an end. (Overall product review on the first page)
