agreed. I found it interesting taking my boy in for his sports physical before wrestling this year the doctor said they don't check for hernias anymore, they only check for heart inflammation. He couldn't come out and say whats what, he but he sorta spoke between the lines for me.

I never understood the hernia check. How could someone not know they had one?

dude I don't even want to think about it lol. I had a buddy who sneezed while standing up and gave himself a hernia. powerlifter too!... I went into the urgent care one time cause everyone thought I had one, turned out to be a torn adductor and the female doctor thought I was just there for a free grope..... that was embarrassing.
