I would like to thank EBF for this chance at logging what i hope is a great product. Little history about myself. 40 yrs old ,5'9" on a good day at about 180 ish +/- I have been doing some sort of lifting weights since i was about 10. (Thanks to dad). I powerlifted in highschool and a little in college. I have tried many dif styles of lifting,but as time has gone on i have been doing gvt. One of the discs in my low back is 80% gone and that makes heavy back squats and deads impossible some days. I miss stacking the plates and moving heavy weight, but i can only do what my body will allow. I now approach lifting from a bodybuilding perspective. That is why gvt works for me because i can use 50-60% of my 1rm and not injure my back more.
I just came off of a bulk cycle and was going to wait a little longer before starting aav2, but i couldnt take the wait so i started wed. (8/7). Yesterday was an off day so no lifting. I took 2 caps upon waking on empty stomach,2 more 1hr before lunch and 2 before bed. I didnt feel wound up just a little more energized and a general "feel good". My diet is pretty boring and predictable. It consists of oatmeal, eggs, turkey bacon, chicken,chicken,chicken, beef, ground turkey, sweet potato,and mixed veggies. I also take the usual supps- b vit, fish oil, hawthorne berry, cla, and a protein shake or 2. My calories end up around 2800. I dont want to lose much weight, i just want to expose the muscle i've been bustin my butt to enhance. So this is basicly a recomp.
