3caps of Nerve Restore 1 hr pwo again. I stopped short on back sqts because my low back was iffy. I got a great wo with the db though. I decided to try and do light dl as often as i can. I hope this will help strengthen my back muscles and maybe less pain. Something must be working because i have not been able to do even light dl. It was def feather weight,but it felt good just to do them. If the pain is too bad or the lift is causing obvious probs i will stop,but untill then i will keep plugging along.

Ok so this is the 10th day on Nerve Restore. I still have pain,but i can lift more weight before i have to stop. If that makes sense. The relief i am getting is different than pain killers or joint supps. I am still foam rolling my back and butt alot to loosen up the muscles. Today was a good PU day. The weight felt good so i went as heavy as i could. That is a 15lb increase pr!

Less pain would be great,but im so used to it. Its like i can lift more weight without extra pain. I still have to be very carefull how i move,but more weight is more weight.

less pain would be a nice bonus, but like you said more weight without extra pain, is a very good thing!!!

Took my Nerve Restore 1hr pwo. Im still feeling pretty good. Low back pain is still there,esp in the morn,but it seems easier to do daily activities.

Today was a nice and simple leg day. My low back and hips were a little tight,but after the lunges i felt pretty good. I was going to do a high rep day,but the weight felt good so i kept stacking that shyt on. I had great focus and motivation, being pissed off does wonders for drive. I am well on my way to a 500lb frt sqt and i am determined to get it. Cant stop wont stop!

I took my Nerve Restore 1hr pwo again. The pain is still there but it doesnt get worse as im lifting. This is def a big help on leg days. I will slowly add weight to my back sqt and see what i can do. So far 2 weeks in and i am impressed.

7lbs in 10 days, WOW!!!....only thing i ever gained like that from was prednisone, and it was unwanted water and fat, lol.
I upped my cals a couple weeks ago and the Max Lmg is making me hold a little water,but im going the right direction.

Im feeling more muscle connection and strength without any more pain. I have to say i am very impressed with Nerve Restore. The radiating pain down my legs is almost gone and the other general pain i have doesnt hinder my lifts.
I am very happy with my new pr. OH press is not a strong point for me,but i fawkin killed it today. I normally have low back pain that stops me,but it has eased up considerably.

DAY16 No wo today. I did alot of stretching and foam rolling. I am really feeling good in everyday activities with Nerve Restore. Nerve Restore dosing was the same today. I had a little shoulder pain that messed with me on pull ups and low back started kicking my azz on hang cleans. That is the reason for 6 sets on HC. No orher big changes today. It was a little struggle but got through it. I think its chiro time again,then i should be good as used.

Today was a little light with higher reps. My right shoulder was bothering me again and took a while to get warmed up. Still feeling good with Nerve Restore. 2moro is legs and thats always the test. My low back hasnt gotten worse and im able to work it a little heavier.
