I hate to complain but I'm trying to find out why my order placed April 22 is still 'processing'. I sent an e-mail to NP two days ago and haven't even gotten a response...What's the deal, guys??
probably what you ordered wasn't in stock and ready for shipping at the time but you got me as to why they haven't responded to your email? that's an odd one. why don't you just call their customer service direct?

I had an order placed on 22APR in processing until yesterday. I am glad though because I had like 3 tubs of Anadraulic state gt in it and decided I didn't like it so much after starting the 1 tub I had on hand, emaield them and they ficxed me up and shipped the order the same day. But yeah, I'm pretty sure it's because one item was oos, although I wish they just sent that one item later, or w/ your next order or something
Sometimes we split the order and ship what is available if the delay is expected to be significant. Usually when you check out it let you know the status of the items.
