I don't have problems with gains and my chest is broad but I never feel it in my inner pecs . I use a relativity close grip on free weights. I am basically asking how you target the inner part of the chest and to define it.
cable crossovers - flyes - and close grip bench, try throwing a mix of them into the routine and really focus on gettin that squeeze as mentioned buy tomahawk. BUT!!! genetics do play a major role as far as chest development is concerned, The prob with the exercises i listed above is its known that those exercises give the inner chest area a nice pump, but to help with development in that area is questionable....
