I would love to try Comatize. Allthough I would probably need Sedation more because I have problems falling asleep but I'm a bit hesitant taking that melatonin dosage every day. But it would probably be good 2-3x a week.
But Comatize has some interesting ingredients, it would be good for days I really can't fall asleep or for catch up sleep. I tend to sleep about 7h mostly and catch up on the weekends.

Last minute plead....from my lack of sleep over the last month I have developed an eye twitch, it's something I'm used to as it seems to appear whenever my sleep quality has been junk for extended periods of time.....if you don't help my eye twitch I might develop a ssstttuuudddeerr
