I have to fly from Denver,CO to Charleston,SC for my cousins wedding.

I do not fly that much at all. I am trying to do this as cheap as i can, i really don't want to have to spend a serious wad of cash just for a 2 and a half day stay.

Southwest has some of the lowest fares out there! I'm on the west and fly them frequently along with Alaska and Hawaiian Airlines.

I heard a thing on the radio today about air fares. They said don't book on a weekend because rates are higher. They said tickets are cheapest on tuesday afternoon around 3 pm. And the cheapest days to fly are tuesday, wednesday, and saturday. Try those ideas out and see what happens.

Southwest. Also try Bing, you put in your dates and when the fares go down, you get an alert that now is the time to buy.

jetradar.com/?ref=15048 is the only place I go to search flights now, after consistently finding them to find the best deals. They don't 'promote' any particular airline, but are totally transparent, plus they include the extra fees and taxes that you know you have to pay but many other 'comparison' sites leave off. This is helpful, as you can make a fair assessment of which is the best price.
