Just curious where most people on AM are leaning towards on this subject.
I eat organic or pastured eggs, for the most part because i eat so many. i also buy grass fed beef or bison. everything else usually ends up being regular, non organic.
How about chicken?
How about chicken?
if i was buying chicken regularly though, id definitely buy organic. those regular chickens are so roided out... now way those ginormous breasts are natural haha
if you have netflix check out a movie called "Food Inc"
By federal law--ALL chickens must be hormone-free. Take that for what it is worth though.
3AntonG420 whats your take on Salmon? Do you get the Alaskan wild or farm raised. Huge difference in price.

i buy salmon canned so its way cheaper. i get wild alaska pink salmon for like 1.60 to $2 a can. red is a little more. always buy wild caught, the farm raised stuff is more harmful than beneficial.
