ngredients

1 teaspoon white sugar
1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

im going to take out the white sugar


going to add in 1 lb lean beef, 1 lb chicken, cheese(of course) and if i can low sodium pizza sauce

i may get the 2 percent so its less sat fat
 
its easy to find the macros too, take for example one lb of lean beef.- 16 ounces right.

get the total protein content for all 16 ounces.

cut the pizza in 8 different slices

then divide total protein content by 8 there is your average protein per slice(roughly)

apply this to carbs and fat too

going to make on of these bad boys tonight and some protein pancakes

Meh im recomping- i just wish i had this on a bulk, but hell man its legit for sure will keep me from cheating

i may eat 5 slices of it when I give in- but thats better than pizza hut BY FAR
