I am going to attempt IF/Lean gains for the first time in my life, and if I am not getting shredded enough I will probably drop cals a bit.
This log is gonna be full of questions on my part lol. Hoping all you long time forum friends of mine are willing to sift through my confusion and bull****! and support a brother!

It is beyond awesome.
Ryan is saying since I am running multiple compounds and am set on the andros there isn't much need to complicate things with SD.

yeah trenazone/PStanz/AHv3 is next up for me......then PCT....then some off time.....THEN ABv3 plus beast on WO days only lol. I also will try 20mg per day SD though.....but I figure 4X per week only? maybe do 30mg? I dunno.....we'll see, try it and let me know so I don't have to fuq around with it wasting my time experimenting :D

Well guys cycle time is approaching.
I might be using Super Tren as my tren this cycle. It is a 19 nor. I miraculously obtained 3 bottles of it just recently.
 
19-norandrosta-4,9-diene-3,17-dione

Looks like a X-Tren clone.

For sure. Great androgenic/anabolic ratio. Then add in the extra mass I will get from the AMv3 and its 8 weeks of HOOOOGE!

I'm going to just eat all my PH April 1st and see what happens.

No but really I am doing this:

AM: 6/6/6/6/9/9/9/9
AH: 3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3
Super Tren: 0/0/90/90/120/120/120/120

Hmmm or should I do the above and use SD at 10mg the first 3 weeks too lol....
 
Pro dienolone is already pretty tough on the lipids and even a lil taxing on the liver despite it being non methylated.

I would opt to leave the Superdrol out on this one.

You have a solid backbone to the cycle with the AM and AH then the meat of the cycle already laid out.... no need to over complicate things and possibly ruin an otherwise great cycle.

I'm on a few more boards now so I'm sure I'll have a copy/paste over here.
Mattrag and I are supposed to compete. We're running somewhat similar cycles and have the same goals. Should be pretty close! What with me cheating with tren and Matt isn't afraid of cardio lol.
