About a couple months now, I'm a quick gainer I guess! Jk, been training since I was in high school and never looked back. I love the feeling of blood rushing through my body and how I feel after a hard workout. Benching twice my body weight was always a goal of mine and accomplished this last year. Now at 214 and 450 bench, that's twice my body weight plus 22lbs. I doubt SD had anything to do with it lol!! This is by far the strongest I have ever been. I guess that's what 4 compounds will do to you plus a decent diet and Purus Muscle Marinade of course!!!

Shoulders and arms today. Not able to throw a ton of weight on military, no spotter but did smash out 225 for reps. First set for 12 then for 9. The rest of workout focused on side/rear delts trying to separate those bitches. Crazy ass pump today. Arms were short and sweet super setting till I couldn't bend my arms. Veins a poppin!!
