Whit's SD/EPI/4ad RDe Cycle!

Going for my physical today. Haven't gone in 3 years! Anyone know if they take bloods and will they give me the whole panel or do I need to ask. I am so curious where all my ****s at since I haven't had bloods done in forever. Also I hope being on for 3 days won't screw up these tests.
 
My dr didn't take blood panel for hormones and test unless i asked, but i bet that is up to the Dr, and probably your insurance. I got all my tests and everything for 15$ but my insurance is expensive as crap, so it better cover my stuff lol. To be honest I wouldn't think that 3 days would be enough to show up a lot. It might be making a difference but as far as moving your bp, cholesterol, test more than a few points if at all i can't see it. Maybe someone else has more experience and can offer a better view, (ie, they had a test run a few days in a cycle before too). From my experince and others SD takes a week usually to kick in, and some people it even takes longer. So i think your test results would be pretty close to what they would be, (pre cycle) probably not exactly, but close enough.

Again, that's my opinion, and everyone has got one.
 
Agree completely, but I'm already starting to get signs of being "ON". Wife asked me today why I'm so moody and impatient lol! I may throw the I've been tired line at them and maybe they could pull this test off for me.
 
I've not taken Epi before so not sure, and it could be the combination of them all.

But I know when I start cutting carbs out (not counting PWO meals). I get really pissy during the day... So diet might be something there too. Or maybe it's a little bit of everything.

Maybe you just need a cookie... Lol. That Chick-fa-lay cookie sure made my day better yesterday lol.
 
at only three days on, you would only show a rise in test and estro levels
 
I figured as much but I seem to respond fairly quick to DS's. Well, sitting here at docs office and BP is 122 over 78 and about to get some bloods done and tetanus ewww...

So my GF buys the vagina wipes, there like baby wipes but for grown ups. I guess bitchs have tender vaginas, idk. But anyway were out of TP so I grabbed the vagina wipes. Let me tell u it's like wiping ur ass with new born puppy's. Hands down cleanest my ass has ever been.
 
I was thinking of telling doc that I've been feeling sluggish and my libido is lacking but lost my confidence once I saw the tetanus needle. Through a series of questions doc asked if i regularly exercised? I was about to say, "what do you think doc, look at me", but held back lol! At gym now bout to slay some legs....
 
Day 3 legs: weight 206 (+4)

After a sluggish morning got my act together and smashed legs today. I scheduled a visit to an orthopedic dr. since I have trouble with pain and swelling in left knee during exercise. My primary thinks its just arthritis so I was full of confidence after hearing that, but hopefully they approve an MRI to really see what's up.

Leg press lbs based on just plates not sled:
360-15 450-15 540-15 720-12 810-10 900-10

Lying Leg Curls Machine:
80-12 100-9 110-4 dropped to 60-8 hams shot

Calf Raise Leg Press:
360-18 450-16 540-12 450-14 20 sec rest 450-8

Machine Leg Extension: (Testing pain in knees)
80-15 100-12 120-12 120-12 felt good no failure

Did not feel tired or winded at all today, slowly getting it back.

BRING IT!!!!

Off to kill shoulders and tris, but one misfortune. Got a tetanus shot yesterday that's throbbing like a mofo! I think I'll get through these hard times lol! I think SD should show some effects today. This is about the day I start feeling it.

Day 4: 207 (+5) shoulders and tris
I think I'm turning slight alpha today. After my workout today, walking out of gym all pumped and some scrawny dude stairs at me walking to my car. I was thinking about telling him to go **** himself for no reason but held back. These are goods signs lol! Endurance is getting better and felt I could have gone forever. SD starting to show some life.

Seated military press back support: No spot:(

I believe the bar on the smith machine accounts for 5lbs

Usually don't just do bis by them self but on vaca all week so I could. Starting to feel SD even more. No idea what EPI is doing at this point since its my first go.

Straight bar curl:

Now 3 day rest and back for chest Monday. Sister is getting married say in Boston so a little partying and a ton of liver support!

WTF, very small bloody nose today, didn't even notice it until I picked a snot. Immediately took BP and was 117/68. I don't know? I am very prone to bloodys every now and then on cycle but this time I have a monitor and plenty of Hawthorne.

Don't plan on sleeping bro. Serious you may want to hold off till you know if the baby will let you sleep. Don't want to waste the cycle cause of 3 hours of sleep on average.

Little guy slept 7.5 hrs last night at only a week old. We are blessed. This cycle will not be wasted. When I am ON, I am ONNNN!!!
